Helpful staff. Building itself is convoluted for anyone with a disability. Wheelchair access in not straightforward and only 1 parking place at the entrance.

First time voting in Pennsylvania. The receptionist was polite and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better service.

Going to vote in person was a relatively easy, though long, process today. Please note: although the website says they are open until 4:30 PM, they will not let you fill out a ballot if you arrive after 3:30 PM. They have lots of kind staff trying to uphold democracy, but schedule plenty of time for the process.
If you are a registered voter and want to vote in person, fill out the mail in ballot request form. They'll take that from you, hand you the mail in ballot that you would have had delivered to your door, and you can fill it out in person there and hand it to them. They only allowed two people in the voting area at a time today. We had roughly 12 people ahead of us and waited for about an hour before being able to vote.
I highly recommend taking your filled in mail in ballot if you already have it and dropping it off.

Easy peasy voting

The city listed on for mail-in ballot address was incorrect, though zip code was correct I discovered when I called to confirm that my mail-in ballot application had been received. The staff person I spoke said that she would correct it. I called back a day later to confirm, and found that she had change my zip code to match the same, incorrect city. I’ve spoken to a couple different staff, left messages, learned that my ballot has been mailed out to the incorrect address, and my messages never returned. This is deeply disturbing, particularly in light of the current election issues.
