Terrific service. Jessica really knows her stuff! We went in to make a comfort exchange and she did a great job helping us find the best solution for our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and gave us great feedback about each of the options we considered. Jessica was very thorough and efficient with the entire process. We felt valued as customers and are pleased with the outcome.

Had a great experience there today. Went in looking for a very particularly suited mattress due to my husband shoulders and back. He's had several surgeries on each and we needed something to especially fit him and not necessarily just go with something "orthopedic" due to the nature of his injuries. The employee, Jessica, was being patient and helpful. We tried so many mattresses and she gave us info on all the mattresses we tried and was never pushy on purchasing anything, which I totally appreciate. After we decided on one, we found out there would be a delay. Not long but hubby was determined to take home a new mattress TODAY. Yup, a little impatient😉 but in his defense we haven't had a new mattress in almost 15 years and he lives in pain with his shoulders and back. She then went above and beyond and found one in their back room that had been a floor model. She gave us an awesome discount on that one and even remembered there had been a remote control base that matched it that we were able to purchase as well. She kept us completely informed of all mattresses and the different warranties and things that go with them. Then after we picked it up we forgot a piece to the base. She called us right afterwards and we were able to turn around to get it. Many would have not have even bothered to let us know.

Had a great experience today. Went in just wanting to test out different beds to order elsewhere online. Chuck was knowledgeable and attentive but not pushy and ended up helping us choose and order a mattress we love.

Chuck at Shrewsbury, PA store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I found the mattress that I wanted for a great price during the Presidents’ Day sale within 15 minutes. Any questions I had he was able to answer. I would highly recommend dealing with Chuck at this location.

Chuck was very helpful when we went in to get a new mattress! He presented all of the available mattress options clearly, and guided us through each option patiently. His knowledge, experience and kindness was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the store is very clean, beautifully decorated and creates an ambiance of comfort the moment you walk in. Any parents out there- this location has a small area with toys for the littles to play. Chuck is definitely our go to person when we look for future mattresses. Thank you for your help today!

Jessica greeted us happily! Listened to our sleeping issues . She diagnosed our areas of concern for a new mattress. We tried 3 mattresses and with no worries she asked us to lay down on a specific mattress to compare what we already laid on. I have chronic back pain and within 20-30 seconds my back cracked 3 times! A feel good crack ! My posture felt instantly better!! The frame moved our heads up then our legs . Jessica said push the middle button and I did . When the bed started to go back to a normal flat position I could feel my body get stretched!!! I have never been so comfortable on a bed . EVER!
