I go to Jan’s everytime my car breaks down. It’s a BMW so you know it happens almost every month. They get the job done efficiently and effectively every single time. They are fast and are good at what they do. If you need any work done for your BMW and don’t want to pay outrageous amounts Jan’s is the shop for you.

If I’m going to give money to someone for car repairs - it should be Jan and his guys.
Just straightforward, no slickster bs from him or the young guys that work for him, the prices are good, and they went above and beyond what you’d expect from a mechanic to help me. I’ve just moved to PA, had to do a bunch of car things to move it over: paperwork, inspections, things I didn’t know - they all put their heads together and made the process easy-peasy and fixed a few minor things during my inspection. I’m very grateful

It was my 1st time there, and I am quite pleased. Jan seems quite straightforward and honest, and indicated that some of the BMW "recommended" services are just a way to make money. He told me that he had previously worked at a dealership for a long time before going out on his own. I saved several hundred dollars versus the dealer estimate for the same service, so I will definitely be using them again!

What an awesome organization. First the people are extremely gracious and wonderful to deal with! The over communicate and make sure you are aware of the status, and Jan is fantastic at getting to the bottom of a problem until it is solved. No more Apple BMW for me. Our 3 cars will go to Jan’s and the team!

If I could give them more than 5 starts I WOULD!! Prior to going there I got ripped off At another place and was quoted a ridiculous amount to fix my car. Not only he didn’t overcharge me and was way way lower from other places but he also installed a part Outside of my quote for free! They are very knowledgeable and very fair, I can 100% vouch for that!

Experienced a bad shake in my 2005 Magnum whenever I reached 60MPH and was sure my transmission was going bad.

I took it to John (shop manager) on a Monday afternoon and told him my issue. He said he couldn't look at it that particular day but if I left it, he would get back to me the following morning. Dreading his call, he gave me some pretty good news: it was an $160 ignition coil and not a $5000 transmission!!!

The guys at East York are honest professional and excellent mechanics. I am a customer for life!!!

Great shop that delivers great service in a very timely manner. I've had multiple vehicles brought here for a variety of reasons, one needing to be towed, and some they serviced and had ready the same day.

Recently had called Jan's for the first time for an inspection and tire install. Jans was an awesome Auto service shop. Quick accommodating service and informative as well. I will be returning with any future work needed on all my cars. A+ service that is hard to find anymore.

Most Honest Mechanic I've ever met! Highly recommend going here to get your vehicle inspected. Everyone is extremely nice and patient with you. They explain everything and answer any questions you have! Highly recommend and will be going back to them for life!

Great People!! Jan & Gail make you feel welcome. Honest, Fair & Great mechanic. It doesn't get any better than that. Highly Recommend! Does not tell you that you need something replaced when you really don't. I'm sure he had enough business that he does not have to rip you off like that to make money

Our 2002 Jetta was towed there due to a breakdown. They were very nice and even allowed me to ship a part directly and just charged us for the labor. Most shops will not do it for you. I would recommend thier service to anyone.

Jan is always fair and honest with us. My fuel pump went out in 2006 Escape about two years ago and this was our first experience with Jan’s we have been using them ever since. We are costumers for life!

This place is awesome and this guy knows German cars ...took my a4 there to do the oil pump took him no time at all even brought my own parts and oil for him to do the job and it was done fast ..have since gotten rid of that car and plan on using him for any further jobs that I can't do myself nor have the time to do with the new purchase thanks Jan for the great work

Jan and all who work there are very good at what they do. We are so glad to live near him for our car services. Excellent.

Jan is a very good mechanic and he is very honest and trustworthy. I can tell you I know for sure "if you don't need it he won't say you do"

Excellent, affordable service

Jan is the only one who took the time to help me, they got my car in and out not to mention it's a volkswagon, he was only one who got it correct my car never ran better!!! Wil be going back every time my car needs something!!!!
