I called with concerns about some symptoms I’ve been experiencing and asked if I could be seen sooner rather than later to see if my teeth could be the cause..they got me in the very next morning. Everything was very thorough and everyone treated me very nicely and kept me calm. Skylar and Dr. Cho treated me and got me taken care of. Safe to say we found our new dentist. They are the best.

I had the best appointment yesterday. Erin is an amazingly talented dental hygienist. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable. She told the Dentist concerns she had and assisted the doctor in coming up with my plan for future work. Erin is also very good with the use of technology during my visit. Shrewsbury Dental Associates has all the newest technology to aid in great visits and outcomes. The ladies working the front desk are great in person as well as over the phone. They’re friendly and knowledgeable and are the start and end to each appointment.

Shrewsbury Dental Associates is amazing! My son broke his 2 front teeth on a weekend and they were able to get him in super quick and make a repair. You can't even tell his teeth were broken. They worked really hard to make sure things are taken care of by our insurance too. Highly recommend

I would recommend this office to anyone for any type of dental care. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my dental health and cleanings, etc. but from the first call to schedule my appointment with Natalie to my hygienist Jennifer and then Dr. Caplan, EVERY person I spoke with was so thorough and acted with so much care that by the end of the appointment I was completely at ease and absolutely astounded at how great my teeth felt and LOOKED after my cleaning. My husband also gets his teeth cared for here and has had fillings, root canals, etc. and relays the same. Every time they are so dedicated to make you feel comfortable and cared for at all times. Coming from an anxious person, if they made me happy and laughing by the end of my appointment, I can promise you'll have a great experience too. Thank you to the entire team, your extra effort and words of kindness make your office stand out like no other I've ever heard of, let alone experienced personally.

Weird to hear someone say they love their dentist, I know. But this dentist office is the best. No, I’m not a relative or friend. Just a guy that has had too many hours in a dental chair. Everyone from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave is professional and light hearted. Great combination. They have all sorts of cool new technologies that make a big difference. Cost is on par with most dentists, but they truly make it a priority to listen to you and make decisions together instead of pushing treatments on you. Seriously, the best!

My hubby had to get a bunch of work done to his teeth and one pulled and he was very happy with his experience. He's had some bad experiences with other dentist so it was nice to find somewhere that does good work! Dr. Kaplan was great and Skyler and Alyssa were awesome and stayed late to help take care of his teeth. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience even though I had to have two teeth pulled. Everyone mad sure I was comfortable and listened to what I was really saying. They made sure recovery woul go well and not be in pain. I am so glad I found this dentist.

Meredith was very kind kind and a blast to get to know! She was very knowledgeable and helped to resolve issues that were years old from other offices. She gets 10000000/5 stars!

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with shrewsbury dental especially my hygienist Jennifer. She makes me comfortable and is very gentle so that I don't feel any pain. If you need a good hygienist I'd highly recommend Jennifer. Also Dr Cho is the best. Takes care of my problems even made me a bottom denture thanks to all the staff

The staff at Shrewsbury Dental Associates is wonderful! They squeezed me in same day for an urgent dental issue, even though I had never been a patient there before. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.
The only issue, which isn't their fault, is that they are not within my dental insurance network and it's too costly without that.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this establishment.

I had called everywhere for weeks looking for someone to remove a tooth with a bad infection. I was crying to everyone for help. My dentist had just retired in July I was at my wits end and saw the reviews that Shrewsbury dental associates had and after a 10 minute phone call with a woman at the front desk she scheduled me for an appointment same day. They are all so nice and helpful. I have bad anxiety and they made me so comfortable and made the whole experience better. I could go on and on with how lovely the staff is there. I am so happy to have them as my dentist now.

The hygienist and dentist both were great. Very friendly, and courteous. It also looks like they invest heavily in new tech and equipment to better care for the patient . I’m glad I switched from my previous dentist.

I brought my 5 year old son in about about 2 months ago. He was having terrible pain and we were able to get a last minute appointment. I can't remember the name of our hygienist but she was so kind and patient and explained the x ray process and the exam I'm detail before it began, which helped ease his anxiety. 10/10 would recommend.

This dental office is not my regular dentist, but I called as an emergency patient and was offered an appointment for 2 hours later. Courteous and friendly staff from the front office to the dentist. Very pleased with the diagnosis and resulting recommendation. This was after having been to my regular dentist, 2 days prior, who did not recognize that my tooth was infected. I will certainly return to see Dr. Cho.

Great experience!! My dental hygienist does a fantastic job and gets me in and out quickly. Happy and pain free cleaning, love going!

I cannot say enough about this practice; when my dentist of 10 years “couldn’t fit me in” for a pre-operative clearance I was devastated…it was pretty much my last straw with my current dentist. I did some research and quickly found two local dentists that took my insurance, so I called the first one; got an answering service and left my number. Called Shrewsbury dental Associates, and someone actually picked up the phone! I explained my need for a cleaning and a pre-op clearance for surgery (certifying I have no mouth infections or periodontal disease that could seed infection after a surgery). They were so nice; they asked tons of questions, sent me a link to fill out New Patient paperwork, and worked me in for not only a new patient visit, but a cleaning and exam by Dr Pho for a pre-op clearance!! Granted…I was there a LONG TIME, but they wisked me from one thing to the next, and set me up right away for my next cleaning. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and so professional…they have state-of-the-art cool tools, and a very warm, inviting office culture. I think it was the best cleaning I've ever had with a cool sonic tool thingy... :D. I highly recommend this practice if you are shopping; around.... I bet you won’t be disappointed!

I can not nothing but good things about this place and Dr Kaplen! I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled today and I was very worked up and crying, Dr Kaplan talked me through everything and just made me feel very comfortable! I would recommend this place and Dr Kaplan to anyone!

nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff, went for a filling as a new patient and ended up needing a crown, they were still able to get me taken care of same day with a permanent fix. the staff were so nice and the dentist was very knowledgeable and explained everything well.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I hadn’t had a regular dentist in 6 or so years. I was in a lot of pain from a fractured tooth. They fit me in within 24 hours. Dr Cho extracted the fractured tooth and it went very. A week or two later he installed a crown, it went equally well. Dr. Cho showed an attention to detail. I was very pleased.
