Dr. Liu and Amy are such nice people and so easy to deal with. He does great dental work everytime and I've never had any issues with the teeth he's worked on. Very professional and personable. I always feel so welcomed and taken care of while I'm here.

First time using this dentist, was very impressed called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me in the following day. I had a broken molar that was giving me problems. I knew it needed to be extracted and Dr. Liu had it out in no time, no pain or discomfort of any kind, I didn’t even have any swelling or discomfort the following day. Would highly recommend if you need any dental care!

The dentist was very friendly and approachable. He didn’t try to sell me anything and had my best interest at heart. His office is very oganized, clean and welcoming. He did a great job on my root canal and he’s a very dependable dentist for when i need my yearly cleaning and checkups. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow, what a great dentist. Went there on a limb because he is close by. Made an appointment a week ago. Got there and was taken into the exam room with very little wait. Dr. Lui was professional, kind, polite, gentle, and the best trait approachable. He took his time (I am sure the patient after me waited a little longer than expected - sorry about that), I received probably the best cleaning of my teeth ever. Nothing he did truly hurt, uncomfortable of course... I will transfer all my kids to him. Thank you for such a "pleasant" experience.

Like Dr Liu very much. He does all the work himself. Has filled several teeth. He was gentle and very kind. Would recommend him to anyone. Have never had any problems. The office is welcoming. The receptionist is always meets you with a smile.

Dr. Liu is a fantastic Dentist. Love this place. Transferred our entire family to this practice. Kids ages 12-18. Dr. Liu and his staff are always extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and professional.

I needed a filling checked-Called for same day appointment due to insurance ending the next. They fit me in and took great care of me. Very happy!

Absolutely love that I found this dentist. The staff are friendly. My husband and I are amazed that we found such a good dentist. I would refer him to anyone!

The doctor was knowledgeable and skilled and honest. Willing to work late and on weekends to work around patients' busy schedules.

I gave 2 stars to this dentist because while he was very nice during my visits, him and the reception both have a huge attitude problem. I had an appointment scheduled and upon me arriving, they informed me that another dentist requested my xrays for an appointment that I had forgotten about, upon telling them that I would go call the other dentist quick him and the receptionist both rolled their eyes and got an attitude about, that disrespectfulness was enough for me to not to return for my appointment and to keep my appointment that I had forgotten about. Also noting that their "dental assistant" they have working at their office is also very disrespectful, will not talk to you or call you by name, only uses hand motions which I also find very rude but tolerated because I enjoyed the dentists work. Aside from his good work & their ability to get you in asap, that is about all they have going for them. I do not tolerate being disrespected, they should act more professional.

This dentist office I really don’t care that much for. I received my statement from my insurance and their were services on the bill that was never performed. When I asked the receptionist how come these charges were added and her and the dentist played stupid. Another time I strongly dislike is how the dentist and the receptionist ( which are the only two in the office besides the patient) change their language when speaking about you or when in your presence . I believe that is VERY disrespectful due to being in a place where english is the main language. I received a fill in and crown on my tooth and it broke off about two later. The male dentist questioned me as if I went in my mouth and purposefully undid his work.

If we could rate a zero we would. Couldn't numb right. So everything was felt. And then according to our new dentist and an endodontist they didn't even use the proper tools or all of the things they needed to do the root canal for. They used bleach water to rinse the tooth out. Root canal got infected through the face and had to be redone by the endodontist. Don't ever use them. Also dr Lui constantly talked down to you the whole time. Insulting you as a person constantly like he's just better than everyone.

Would not recommend. My mother arrived for her appt. and was told that she did not have one. The receptionist told her she had spoken to her and said she was not coming. This was not the case. While Dr Lui did fit her in, he was extremely rude to her during her appt, spoke down to her, and called her a liar when she said she had not spoken to the receptionist. My mother was almost in tears by the end of her appt.

Would not recommend going here. I would rather travel an hour out of my way to see someone else. Dr lui is very rough when he cleans your teeth causing lots of blood and pain. However he is very quick but you must pay the price. He totally butchered my wife's mouth when she had a cavity filled in by him. He drilled into the nerve of the tooth and now it's going to costs us alot of money for a route canal somewhere else because we won't let him touch our teeth again. I'm not sure how he is in business to be honest.

Very similar experience to another reviewer I see on here... lots of pain and lots of blood - very rough with teeth. Doctor drilled into a tooth and told me I would likely need to come back for a route canal in a day or two. Surely enough, one day later I was in agonizing pain. Went back to him and paid for a route canal... too stupid at the time to realize what had happened 😞

All I did was call and tried to explain my situation and the person who answered snapped and interrupted me saying he "doesn't have a crystal ball" and then proceeded to hang up on me.

Insanely rude and extremely unprofessional. If this is how I'm going to be treated over a phone call, he doesn't deserve my business.
