Storage Sense - York

This is the most amazing storage facility I have ever worked with. The promotions, deals, discounts provided really made a super easy experience. The general manager and the office manager were both extremely personable and very helpful. I feel confident that this experience will be my best and last when it comes to my search for storage. I love storage sense!

The manager Anthony was amazing. I was here to pick up a uhaul and uhaul really botched it up. Anthony went above and beyond to help me out. I would come back just because of his help. However, uhaul is another story. I won't be using them again!

Would like to give a big shout out to Chrissy who was amazing and very helpful during are initial obtaining of a storage space. Chrissy took her time to explain very well. What would fit in, How to best go about fitting things in the unit and was extremely helpful when we got there. Showing us step-by-step how we access the unit. I am so thankful to her for making the moving ordeal, become that much easier to store. Thank you so much chrisy.

Friendly service. I rented a storage unit & Uhaul. Process was easy and fast. Great customer service no waiting.

Christine was super helpful! She took her time and showed us the units to make sure they would work for what we needed. She was patient and answered any questions we had and made us feel comfortable with renting a unit here. She went out of her way to show us all of our options and was personable with our children who came with us.

I lost my locks and I called the store manager, Anthony Frantizis not only helped me by drilling the entire lock out but also gave me a new lock and didn't charge me a service fee., I would definitely give this place and the management five stars and recommend to anyone!
