Trong has been my mechanic for my 4Runner for the past 7 years! Best and honest person that I have dealt with for a very long time. Always works around my busy schedule and even drives me home! Nothing like the small local business! Best in town!

Was looking for a local mechanic to handle some minor things like oil changes, inspections and was referred to Trong about two years ago. Glad I was, because he has treated me and my family fairly ever since. If he can fix it, he will do it correctly and at a fair price. If it's something he thinks the dealer needs to handle, he will tell you that too. It's hard to find honest mechanics, but Trong and Luc's Auto is everything you could want in an auto mechanic. I got to York county 6 years ago and I have been dealing with multiple repair shops charging me 1k every inspection. I've had 3 inspections now with Luc's and he has been great. He has quick turn around and he's super knowledgeable and personable. I will be using Luc's for as long as I am in driving distance. It is such a big stress relief to know that I will be taken care of and not ripped off.

The waiting room was small but it is best to drop your car off and he will call you with any questions/concerns/updates!!
He was super kind, willing to explain protocol (went for inspection) and even has little matchbox cars for the kids to play with if you are waiting.

This is the most hard working, honest, and friendly mechanic I have ever met. I am always satisfied with my experience when I have vehicle work done. The level of professionalism and dedication to do quality work is extremely high. I cannot be any more satisified with Luc's Auto. Great to have a trustworthy person to get the job done.

Luc's is the best...I've been in the area a couple of years now and never found a good mechanic until Luc's. He is very transparent, gives you options when possible and you just feel like he's being honest with you. We've been other places that were overpriced or their work was sub par and it's so nice to worry when I drop my car off. He's good and we feel lucky we were referred to him.

Trong helped with a 2nd opinion after the brakes failed on my 2003 Honda Civic. He also alerted me to issues that were coming for the power steering and gave accurate estimates of repair costs. I was able to make cost/benefit analysis for myself and decided it was time to upgrade to minivan. Trong later helped with a pre-purchase inspection of my 2012 Mazda 5 in November 2021 and it has been running well so far. I would recommend Luc's Auto Service as honest and cost-friendly.

I’ve searched for a good and trustworthy mechanic in the surrounding area in Hershey and south central pa but did not find one I was comfortable with. Until I found Luc’s Auto Service in York. I took my 2010 Subaru Forester for a full head gasket and clutch job. I was stoked with outcome.
Troung is honest ,reliable and provides class A service to all your mechanic needs. I drive over an hour to get my Subaru and Honda service by Troung and it’s worth the drive! Hands down one of the best mechanics in Central PA.

Having an honest mechanic is the reason I continue to send not only my vehicles but recommend others to take their vehicles to this shop. You will not overpay and if it doesn't need done it doesn't get done. Budget friendly and extremely courteous which doesn't exist in dealership shops. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic.

First reason we went to Luc's was because of the convenient location. We've continued coming back for years because of the amazing service, reasonable prices and the way Trong treats us and all of his customers! So refreshing to know a truly honest and hard working mechanic. As long as he's there, it will be our first choice!

I do most of my own work but this guy is great and knows Subarus. Replaced a wheel bearing for me two years ago and it went bad again shortly after the manufacturers warranty. Gave me a good deal the second time when he changed the bearing and hub.

This is the best mechanic I've ever used! Fair prices, best services, and complete transparency. Any time there was something he couldn't do, or felt like have would have to charge us to much he was completely upfront about it. I have lived all over the US and I have never had a better mechanic.

Had my wife’s Subaru in for inspection just the other day, it needed rear brakes badly. He took the time to show me how bad they were and what new ones look like, he had them on and back together in no time at all. I definitely trust his shop with all my vehicles, even though it takes me 45 minutes to get there. As long as I am driving, and as long as he is in business I will not go anywhere else.

Quick and responsive with the whole process. Work done seemed very professional and even informational. Trong even let me know about a wheel bearing going out and about how much time I had left. Reasonable pricing and friendly dude. Will be going back for future work.

Luc's is the only place I will take my vehicles. You will be hard pressed to find a more professional, honest, and knowledgeable mechanic anywhere. Best experience I've had with any mechanic in the last 25 years! Highly recommended!
