We had a claim and needed repairs on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thornton exceeding our expectations is a great understatement. Their work is flawless. They sent us daily status updates which was very appreciated. They went above and beyond and even cleaned the interior and exterior of our vehicle. 100% satisfied with our decision to use them!

This is the second time I have taken my SUV to Thornton Collision and both experiences have been great! Every step of the process from getting the estimate to picking it up after it was fixed has been enjoyable. Everyone is so friendly. They offered to help switch over all my belongings from my car to my rental car and vice versa when I picked up my car. When waiting for the rental car to come they asked if needed anything and were so nice to my very energetic 1.5 year old daughter. The customer service was amazing! And let’s not forget the actual work they did on my SUV, that looks great as well! Hopefully I don’t have any more accidents with my SUV but if I do, I’ll be back for sure!

Once again, Thornton staff and service were amazing in coming to my rescue when I had popped a tire. Mike left the desk to come change it himself, and when that wasn't possible, he called for the tow and drove me the half mile home. Thornton's provides thorough, caring, and timely service every time. Personnel like Phil and Mike are extraordinary! Thank you!!

I’ve been using Thornton’s Automotive for my car inspections the past few years and they always provide excellent service. But, this past visit, the staff was especially helpful (I think it may have been Phil? But I’m not positive). I take care of my elderly father who uses a walker, and on our way out, Phil pulled up the mats from the floor to make it easier for my Dad and held the doors. He even offered to carry our bag out and wait while I helped my Dad outside and into the car. It may not have seemed like a big deal to them, but Phil’s kindness made our challenging day a bit lighter, and that is a big deal to me 😇. Thornton’s is ‘the cat’s pajamas’. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a front lip spoiler put on my Infiniti Q60S , the service department installed it and let me tell you , they did a great job , keeping me informed on how the install was going , highly recommended

We love Thornton. We take both our vehicles there for oil changes, inspections and any other work that needs done. They are always fast, friendly and very helpful if I have any questions. Highly recommend!

Had a service appt. for oil change and other minor repairs. All went really well the. The guys were very helpful in explaining things to me. They also looked up tire prices for me, trying to get them for me at a good cost. . Always enjoy my service apot!

I love the convenience of this friendly neighborhood car dealer/service center. I always take my vehicles there for inspections and oil changes, and they do a great job. Today, Brian explained everything that I needed to know concerning my inspection and walked out to my car with me to point out something that he had brought to my attention so that I would understand better.

Needed my front end alignment done and they worked with me to get me out as soon as there schedule allowed them to. I was very pleased as to the time it took them and their price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone needing mechanical or body work done.

I was very pleased with their service. I needed a new battery. I called them around 4 pm. They checked and had one in stock. I was able to get there before they closed at 5 pm and it was installed.
