Associates were pleasant and friendly. Also, I like the idea that I can return my Amazons purchases there and I was able to find something that I liked for myself. Nice place to shop.

Richard is always so pleasant, kind, and happy! He really brightens my day whenever I come in to shop. He genuinely cares about customers; he always makes sure to ask about my kids or talk to them when they are with me. I always enjoy seeing his smiling face!

Cara and Linda at the west York location provided outstanding customer services to me today. I called to check to see if the child’s kitchen was still available. Not only did they check and verify but when I arrived the item was ready and check out was smooth. Thank you Cara and Linda, you are appreciated.

Morgan was amazing! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and I was shocked at how she remembered the scents my youngest and I enjoyed. He and I sprayed a lot of scents… but she knew exactly which ones we loved the most which made my mouth drop.

David k at the exchange/return counter ran upstairs to check for the correct size mattress pad in the middle of a busy Mother’s Day weekend. I was told by another employee that they didn’t have what I needed but David offered to go and check anyway. A few mins later (I’m pretty sure he ran) he comes back with exactly the product and size I asked for. He is an exemplary employee. Thank you for going the extra mile!!

Came only for the Sephora inside which had the kindest sales people. From the moment I stepped in, someone was running to get the items I was looking for and had knowledge about what was in stock and what wasn't. Had the major stuff I was looking for despite not being a full retail store. No complaints. Would gladly come here again.

Came here to get some shoes, and some winter wear. The cashier was very nice and was very patient with us as we filed for a Kohls Card. And when we couldn't get the initial discount wrote us up one for the future. 😁
