Sleeprite Mattress and Furniture York, PA

My wife found out about the Hanover Sleeprite location through a Facebook group. They took over the old Just Cabinet building in South Hanover. We didn't have high expectations due to Hanover really never having a good furniture store. We met Dave who explain they just started moving items into the store from the York location. We told him what we are looking for and he gave us mutliple options and explained the different brands and the quality of the furniture he stocks. His knowledge of the furniture and what would work best for our family needs is what made us decide to buy. While looking at the different options Dave gave us space to experience the differences in each sectional. For me it was to check the internet to see if we are getting the deal. We did save over $1500 on the sectional we purchased but the savings wasn't the deciding factor in the purchase it was the 3 year in house warranty and the peace of mind that Dave gave us in buying from him. Now being from Hanover having a truck and 3 trailers is a standard for living here but when he gave the suggestion of delivery and set up it made this whole buying experience painless. Dave sent us a text on the day/time and then Dwayne sent me a text when he was hour out. The customer service experience continued and the care of our home from setup to.clean up was unbelievable. Highly recommend you shop here first you will not be disappointed in the service and selection!

I think I was the first customer at the Hanover location when they had the soft opening. My wife and I have been looking for a year for a sectional and wouldn’t you know it that Dave had the exact one I wanted inside the door. We talked, had a deal in place day 2, and scheduled delivery for 10 days later (our choice). Delivery took a half hour, in and out. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole process. Thanks Dave!! We appreciate you and all you’ll be doing for Hanover!! We really needed you!

We stopped in at the new store in Hanover just to look. We were greeted right away by Dave. He was very friendly and helpful. We ended up getting an amazing deal on a reclining couch and Recliner set and we couldn't be happier. Signing up for Snap financing couldn't have been easier! We love the quality of the set and it is so comfortable! we will definitely come back whenever we need furniture!

My husband and I visited the new Hanover store when it first opened and they were offering to pay the sales tax on your purchases. Dave helped us to pick out an awesome living room set that we really liked. He was friendly, informative, and very helpful. He had the paperwork completed and our delivery set up within 15 minutes. My new Husband and myself have been looking for a double recliner for awhile. We found the new store in Hanover to be right next door to us and found the PERFECT one. Found the Hanover store on Facebook and we were very impressed with the selection and quality of the furniture especially for the price. Half the price of big box stores and better quality.
Dave was extremely helpful from start to finish and would recommend this store to everyone. Got my daughter a new bedroom suite that was awesome quality and the packaging alone was the most thorough I’ve ever seen.

Appreciated the exceptional customer service in their new Hanover store. Dave was awesome to work with, and we are very pleased with our new leather sectional. They had a large selection to pick from and the prices were within our budget. Delivery was quick and everyone involved was customer oriented. A great addition for the greater Hanover area. Sleeprite's location next to Ollie's in South Hanover was very convenient.

was a positive experience, from my first communication with Deana to Dave ( sales manager) to the delivery crew.
Deana set up the appointment. Communication was positive and she responded quickly to my questions.
Dave ( sales manager) knew his product. He was very nice, patient, not pushy. He gave my husband & I the space and time we needed to make our decision in buying the right sectional that fit our needs and decor. He helped us get the best product for our $$$.👍🏽😊.
The prices were a little higher than we thought they would be according to the fbmp add but this didn’t a brake the deal. We found what we were looking for and didn’t have to wait 6 months to get it😊. They had it in stock. 😊👍🏽.
Our sectional was purchased on Saturday and was delivered today in perfect condition.
The delivery crew was very respectful and careful bringing the sectional in. They did a wonderful job in making sure the sectional was what we ordered, the correct color and were careful in setting it up.👍🏽😊
Overall, it was a positive experience doing business with this company and their representatives.

Thank you Alan and Staff for a great buying experience, once again. We came last year to buy furniture for our family room, this year a power recliner, power reclining loveseat, and a new mattress. I don't know what to say more than everything is just what we needed and wanted. The prices were negotiable and fair and delivery was available. By the way, the delivery guys were awesome - keep them around!!! We will be back soon for a sectional that my wife keeps mentioning! We appreciate the entire experience, start to finish!!! Susi greeted us at the doorway with a smile and was very helpful throughout the process. She was very knowledgable and made the experience quick and easy. There was a pretty good selection of pieces.

The best decision i ever made was coming to Sleeprite. Had the absolute worst day with overpriced warehouses. Tom was a LIFESAVER. He had the sweetest personality and got us the best deal he could offer. After a nightmare of a day, we walked out with a huge smile ear to ear. Thanks again Tom!

This place was amazing, not only just with the furniture selection, but the assistance of the staff as well. Picked up the furniture ourselves the next day, set them up in the room which was a breeze, and obviously you can tell by the pictures that the dog loves the pieces also.
