What a great experience today! I had a pleasure of meeting some awesome people. The experience was phenomenal due to the selection of firearms, Cleanliness and most of all the knowledge and respect I received as a customer. I’m a firearm instructor and me and my guys will travel for sales and services like this. Thank you for sharing your prior LEO experiences and showing your edc and why you choose to carry it. Today was a great trip to freedom Armory.

Wow! Most DEFINITELY was worth the drive from baltimore! From the second I stepped in the door the excellence began. Customer service, atmosphere through the roof. Zero pressure sales, answered all of my questions, even offered advise above and beyond my questions. Wish I had gotten the men's names, will get that info when I go back up with my wife.

Went to Freedom to get a new rifle bag and for some range time this past Saturday. The range officer was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with his instructions and even let me use his tools to fix an issue I had. They have a big selection of gear and sell some high quality stuff. I thought the range was a little on the expensive side for a non-member 30 minute session, but would I go back and pay it again? Yup. They have a pretty sweet iPad set up in each lane where you can control the target distance from 5-25 yards on the pistol range in 5 yard increments. And that target thing moves fast, so it doesn't eat up a lot of your lane time waiting for it to go out or come back in.

I had a Glock with a sheared screw in the slide. I stopped in thinking I was going to be walking out with a new slide and several hundred less in the bank. The employees were very friendly and pointed me in the direction of the gunsmith. Within 10 minutes the sheared screw was removed with no damage to the threads. When asked what I owed the gentleman said nothing. My only regret is not having cash to buy him a beer. 10/10 would recommend. Very friendly staff with a huge stock. Will be returning soon.

Great indoor range. Helpful staff. Been a member for years and it’s always clean and well run. Highly recommend.

Great store. Has a wide selection of different products from guns, clothing,accessories, etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, willing to show you and inform you about any of the firearms.
UPDATE: Just bought a gun from there yesterday. They answered any and all questions I had, about any of their firearms. Once I settled on one, they walked me through the process. They answered all questions I had about the gun and gun laws in PA. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Zack and Clint. If I could give this a 6 star review I would

It's a nice place! It's the only range I've ever joined, so I can't compare it to another. I've been a member for 2 years, and I haven't had a bad experience. Staff is really nice, especially George! He took his time talking to me about my newly purchased shotgun! As far as I'm concerned this will be my go to range!

The customer service I received at Freedom the other day was phenomenal. I went in just looking for advice on a holster and everyone did their best to help with advice and anecdotes. They spent time with me, made recommendations, and never once tried to push me into buying something that wasn't a good fit for my needs. Show me a website that does that. These folks deserve your business.

This was my first time visiting this place and when my wife and I walked in the door, we were greeted immediately. Once inside, Mike, the salesman, came up and helped us and stayed with us the entire time. He made us feel like we were family. After reading some of these reviews I was having second thoughts about going inside but I took a chance anyway and im glad I did. I WILL BE BACK FOR REPEAT BUSINESS, THANKS MIKE YOU WAS GREAT

Was there a lil' over a month ago with a few family members while visiting from Florida and this place is great! Flying back up next month and I'm definitely looking forward to coming by the range again! Had such a blast shooting some pistols and renting the UMP45. Definitely recommend giving this shooting range a visit.👍

Good retail. EXCEPTIONAL training.

I just completed the Basic Handgun class. The instructor, Chuck, is outstanding. He relates to his students (they never schedule more than 6 students per class), meets you were you are, explains things in a way that novices can understand. I HIGHLY recommend Chuck at Freedom Armory for all your training!

Regarding other services... the store is large, clean and has an impressive inventory. The prices are higher, you are probably going to have to wait a bit to see a salesperson (especially back at the guns), and maybe the staff isn't warm and fuzzy. BUT... every person on their team is extremely knowledgeable, they will never try to upsell you, they are very patient with novices, and their ranges are very clean and safe.

For all of those reasons, I am willing to spend a few more dollars for their expertise in a clean and safe environment. I highly recommend.

As a first time gun owner, very pleasant experience here. The process went fairly smooth and the two guys answered all of my questions before even asking. All in all, great gun shop, great prices and a even greater staff.

I visited Freedom Armory today for the first time today in order to become a member. The service provided was excellent. The clerk I forgot his name,but I believe his ID # according to my receipt was (41). His customer service skills was on point, and I applaud your business for having such a professional individual to provide customer service.

Great place, staff is very friendly and helpful. A little cold in the pistol range though. Not sure if shotguns are allowed though. I think the rates are reasonable, I am a member of another club but it's a weekend club with unbeatable membership. Compared to spending 20-25.00 per 1/2hrs it's a steel. I look forward to bringing the family in to shoot.

Nice range! Very common sense range rules(in my amateur opinion). I've found the staff to be extremely knowledgable. I have asked hundreds of questions, and received nothing but patience and common sense answers. Personally, I'm very uncomfortable with handguns, but would like to expand my horizons. Just today, one of the gentlemen took the time to walk me through what makes different pistols feel good in the hand of different shooters; over the course of an hour, we handled no less than a dozen different weapons, and I gained invaluable insight in how to choose my own weapon. ( I would also like to point out that I live in Maryland, and have a pistol range less than 15 minutes from me, but I happily drive over 45 minutes away to shoot here because of the stark difference in service... I won't name that range) Thanks Y'all!

Best gun shop experience in the area. It's a big, clean facility with a range and caring staff. Dave behind the counter was extremely helpful and isn't pushy. Being a Nubie, They answered all my questions, took time to educate me and in turn made a loyal customer. I highly recommend them!
