Michael at the new Verizon was an excellent help to me. He is nice,friendly and very professional. I will be visiting Michael at the new store for all our phone needs!! Thank you for providing us with great service and folks like Michael. Be proud of him..I certainly am.thank you Michael!!

Went into the new store today and met Matt, the store manager. It was absolutely a pleasure to deal with him. He wasn't pushy in any way, but made me feel comfortable and was able to answer any questions that I threw at him. Matt also offered suggestions after I told him how I used my phone thru the years! I gave him and this store a solid 5 stars and would be happy to do it again!

My mother and I stopped in to get new phones. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything in detail to my not so tech savvy mom and made the transition to the new devices seamless. Highly recommend!!

Great experience! Michael, the manager, is phenomenal. I walked in with a question about a phone I got through insurance, and he answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help us make the best decisions with that phone and eventually upgrade to a newer phone. He worked with my family to upgrade our plan and various cell phones and was very patient with the entire process. He was able to transfer over all my information seamlessly! I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

Very good experience with professional and quality service. All questions answered and issues resolved. Went earlier in the week to upgrade my daughter's phone and was so impressed with the quality and professionalism that I came back a few days later to upgrade my phone and accessories. Mike was very knowledgeable and went through everything to make sure I had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. I am extremely pleased with the service and will be back.

Went in to the brand new store for an upgrade. Service was absolutely WONDERFUL! Bill and Ben walked us through everything. My wife and I are THRILLED with our upgrade and experience. They even helped us out with other Apple questions and concerns. Top Notch.

I was due for an phone upgrade and had to have this done through a store due to the type of phone I selected. My experience was FANTASTIC! Michael and Ben are phenomenal!
There were some technical issues with the upgrade (solely a manufacturing issue) and Michael was able to handle it and resolve it without exception. The level of service Michael provides is off the charts great. He is conversant, knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. It was am all around great experience. If you need to visit a Verizon store, use this one. Their customer service is +++++++++ in a world where it usually is non-existent.

Me and my boyfriend have been with Verizon for about 11 years now and this will be the ONLY Verizon store in our area, I will go to from now on. AND BEN IS YOUR GO TO GUY!!!
He was super helpful, kind, SMART, professional and patient!!! He helped and resolved every single issue my boyfriend and I had. We took out FOUR new Apple devices, which was about a 4hr process and Ben made every single minute as stress less as one can only dream of and the time also flew by! He was also so kind to have us come back the following day for a follow up and continued to assist and help us making sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted and needed them to be!!! I ran over to Verizon today when they opened. I had no idea they were moving locations/ having a chaotic day, but Michael took me right in and acted as if everything was running like normal! It was absolutely the quickest & most helpful experience there so far. Thank you!

Michael was amazing when helping me upgrade to the new Samsung Galaxy s24. He was able to help with all the discounts possible and set up!

Michael was fantastic, personable and made upgrading my phone so simple and easy! I easily called and made an appt the day before and he even went out of his way and called me the day of my appt to have me not rush over as he had an appt in between mine and he didn’t want me to have to wait. He upgraded my whole families plan and seamlessly transferred mine and my mom’s phone at the same time. I would 10/10 recommend this store to anyone!

Michael was awesome. I was referred by my boss to come to this store for my new phone. I purchased a new phone 2 months ago upgrading after 4.5 years. It was an excellent experience. While traveling in Europe, my phone was stolen. I knew I had to come back for Micharl to get the replacement. He is such a great salesman/tech help. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how good his customer service was to me and my husband. He is a great asset.
