The professionalism and quality of service is always appreciated and keeps me coming back. I don’t hesitate to leave my vehicle in their care for any and all repairs. Julie at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Dan is also a wonderful associate who provides thorough information about needed services. I highly recommend this business.

I have been going for years to Quality Service Center. They have worked on many vehicles which I have owned. Never once did I have a problem. They get me in when needed and get the work done. If not completed that day (most of the time) then they always follow up with a phone call. Always willing to talk about the necessary fixes and never try to push any additional services. This was my first time at Quality Service Center. I have a car purchased through CarMax with the warranty. They work directly with them and were able to take care of my air conditioning issue directly through them. No need for me to make extra phone calls to coordinate the service and coverage. I will be bringing my car back to them for future service.

The customer service here was top notch! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was surprised to be offered a longer car while my car was being inspected and even more surprised when I arrived at 7am on a very cold morning to find that loaner running and nice & warm! My new service center going forward!!

I took my vehicle to be checked out for a small leak. They fixed everything in a timely manner and communicated with me frequently. They also ended up not needing a part that I was quoted for so my balance due was a lot cheaper. I would trust them with any of my vehicles

Took my care in for a check engine light and they knew exactly what to fix and kept me updated the whole time! Not to mention they checked in with me a week after the appointment to see how I was doing. Would recommend!

Best service I have ever had at an auto shop! I wish I would of found this spot sooner. The service advisor Soreina, has the best customer service skills. I was given a loaner car for the time. Photos of my car parts and suggested services were sent in a text so I was able to view and make a decision. At the end I was even gifted candy. This is the level of excellence all shops should strive for. They have a new forever customer!

I will admit that the place is very pricey, but this is a good case of you get what you pay for. The service is wonderful. The people there are very nice and explain everything that is happening.
If you do not mind paying a bit more I would suggest this place. We went for our inspection and while they went through and looked out the entire car they show us two things.
They gave us a full list of things that should be done in the future and they showed us what we need to have done so we can pass the inspection. It was very nice of them and it really helped us to make sure we had what we needed done to make sure our vehicle did not get into trouble.
Again somewhat expensive, but well worth the price.
