Was greeted by MarySue minutes after I walked in the door. I told her what I was looking for and the physical issues that I have and she was helpful in pointing out recliners that would fit me (I’m tall). She did not push me to the most expensive chairs or try to oversell one over the other. I found one that fit me and also fit the space in my living area. It was on clearance, but I wanted a power chair. She checked to see if it was available in power and with the fabric I liked. It was and, of course, it was a lot more expensive than the manual recliner, but exactly what I was looking for. I will be the proud owner of my first La-Z-Boy Recliner in 6 weeks.
I recommend this store for the wide selection of recliners and sofas, etc. and if the rest of their sales staff is as knowledgeable and friendly as MarySue, you won’t be disappointed.

I don't know how to put in words the phenomenal sales staff I was blessed to have worked with and met! Jon Paul and Barry went above and beyond me expectations, to the point I feel I made friends at this store. I can promise anyone, you can't find better quality of furniture and quality of professionalism and kindness!

We always buy La-Z-Boy furniture, and have for years. This time I bought a recliner from “Ty”. I needed a rush on it and he was able to get it to me immediately delivered on the date I requested because it was in stock. He was professional and accommodating.

The people were so friendly. The service was excellent. The product is high quality love the store. I highly recommend others to go there and purchase great quality.

I think my salesperson’s name is Lisa. She went to great lengths to help me. I went in asking about a sofa I saw on the website. She wasn’t sure if they had it so she asked the manager and she came back and said it was discontinued but I found out later it was not. I then picked out a cheaper sofa because I needed 2 of them and I needed a light gray color. I found a beautiful fabric I wanted. Lisa had troubles on the computer trying to add the gray fabric to the sofa, said it wasn’t working. I was able to do it on my phone and the price went up by an additional $900! I was shocked that the price would skyrocket that much because of a fabric. I later found that the original sofa I wanted is available but it wasn’t in store. They said they can order it. I got the color I needed and it was still way over my budget because of the fabric which I think is basically a rip off. But the manager and Lisa played with the numbers and gave me discounts to make it work so it was still about $165 over what I really wanted to spend but I got it anyway. I appreciated their help but it seems like the company should really re-think their fabric pricing, just because you need a particular color to match the room you are putting the sofas in. The sofas seem great so I’m excited to get them.

I was looking for a recliner. I was greeted by Marysue at the York, PA store.

She knew every recliner in the store. She let me look without any pressure to buy a certain chair. I found one I loved. She was able to describe what the recliner was made from and that I could get it as a glider.

We bought the chair and await delivery on Tuesday next.
