They DO have the meats!!! OMG 💯 got their roast beast gyros and yummm 😋 Decided to try the Buffalo wings special as well (got the 9pc with curly fries for $6) Glad I did ~ puppers & I enjoyed 😉

Went to Arby's on looks rd in York Pennsylvania to have lunch with my niece and was very surprised that the manager was walking around the restaurant to ask her customers about their services and to see if they could do anything else to make their service any better. I complimented the young lady who has been manager there for 9 years. Very polite and soft spoken. Very clean establishment and great service. Thanks to you and your crew for a enjoyable lunch. 5 stars from me and my niece. Ty again....my name is David

One of the best Arby’s in the York area. Newly remodeled inside. Staff is consist, fast, and orders come out right the majority of the time. The inside as a lot up old style Arby’s “A” and a modern-vintage table and furniture look. As a bonus, nationally Arby’s has become cheaper than a lot of McDonald’s menu. Uncharted times indeed!

Stopped here at 9:53 not knowing they close at 10:00 and I had a huge order. instead of being met with passive aggressive remarks or anger For ordering right before closing the manager on duty was extremely kind and happily made my food fresh. The staff here is super awesome and deserve recognition and the food is top notch compared to other Arby’s I’ve been to! Highly recommend!

Arby's is a perfect place to go for a lot of stuff,, prices are good, cleanliness good, friendly service, clean place to sit and eat.

Staff are always so kind even close to closing-time. Matt is the man! Always a smile and patience from him when taking care of us. Thanks Matt!

Ryan Fogle, the GM, is such a nice and helpful employee! My family and I haven't been to an Arby's in years and he helped take us on a tour around the menu, gave us good suggestions, and it was just a really pleasure to deal with. Super friendly guy very professional no wonder he's the gm.

The ultimate chocolate shake is delicious! The roast chicken club wrap is excellent and my usual order. I prefer ranch dressing instead of the honey mustard sauce. Very friendly, prompt service!

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience here around 9pm on 10/30/22. These workers deserve a raise. They were so friendly. I got the turkey wrap but because I am vegetarian they made it with no meat and made sure to double check I wasn’t vegan because of the cheese on it. It is rare that I feel recognized as a vegetarian in York PA but this location and workers 1000% made me feel recognized. We couldn’t ask for better service!!! 10/10!

Come here nearly everyday for lunch. The entirr crew is awesome but special shout out to Danielle. She usually handles my order, she always makes sure everything is right and has an awesome attitude.

They give excellent customer service and keeps the line moving. There were 5 cars in front of me and I was still at the window getting my order in 6-7 minutes. That's good service if you ask me. They always make a point to ask you about sauces (something others don't do anymore....Mickey's). I like this particular Arby's.

The food was great. Excellent fish sandwich. The beef and cheddar sandwich is also a good choice. My only "complaint" for my visit today would be the associate behind the counter who rung us up. I don't know if she was having a bad day, which happens to all of us, or what, but she got a little snippy with us while we were placing our order. I'm not upset at her in any way. My one suggestion is that the location we visited, the loucks road York Pa location, would mop the dining room floor because it was sticky when we were there.

Tried their Arby's burger and it was excellent

Order was messed up which is not really not a problem for me because I’m a patient person. But the manager was very nice and understanding. I felt bad for even going back honestly, I just can’t stand bacon 🤢 they fixed my order and even gave me a free cookie!!! The young lady at the window was so sweet and nice. I don’t eat out often but this was a good experience.

Called 20 minutes before close, whoever answered was courteous and glad to help us. Food was great. Cookies were fresh and soft and warm. Hit the spot.

It's been a long time since I ate at Arby's. I got the roast beef sliders and wow, they were great!!! And then I dared to add a vanilla shake. THE BEST VANILLA SHAKE from any none ice cream specialty store. Ten times better than ChickFilA, and I thought they had the best. The cashier was extremely cheerful and polite. Two 👍 up.

Used to not be a fan of Arby’s but i went here earlier today around 1pm. Both of the ladies were great, even for a fast food experience they went above and beyond. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back, and those ladies deserve a raise!

Tavius showed outstanding customer service, he was very kind as he assisted us with our order in the drive through. I am only giving these five stars for Tavius who shocked my wife and I with a act of kindness the other night (I cannot thank you enough , I hope you remember us) , and the team that helped make our order hot and yummy.

Arby’s as a whole, I think you should “up” your wages for these guys. They are the reason we will be returning to this location. Very clean location, and decent menu options other than that.
