My first time using this shop. My A/C system had a leak. The whole experience was straightforward and to the point. All communication was through email or txt messaging except when I would call direct. Office staff who answered were so pleasant and fun to speak with. She made no promises that she couldn’t keep. I would recommend them to my mother and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.

I can be truthful and biased at the same time. I know one of the employees. However, I just recently had my car serviced for the first time at Fadely’s. Great service and everyone that I had the pleasure of speaking with was very nice and personable. Online scheduling was easy and reminder text helped.
The establishment itself had a homey feeling. Cozy seating area with a window that allowed you to see what was going on with your vehicle. Wait wasn’t long and there was no sales pressure. I came in for what was needed and left without having to pay a penny more. Small place but you could tell that everyone is dedicated and seemed like family. Complementary that was waiting on my dashboard didn’t hurt.

I drive vehicles that are 30+ yrs. old, in great condition and I’d like to keep them that way.
As a first time customer of Fadely’s, I was impressed with the professionalism they exhibit.

Was referred to Fadely's by Phil Stauch. So glad because my 17 year old daughter was in town visiting her grandparents and on the drive down realized something was wrong with her car. Fadley's took her car next day and had her road safe by afternoon. She says the car is working great! Very thankful and appreciative. Highly recommend.

The staff at Fadely’s Austo Masters in west York are extremely nice and they do excellent work. Prices are fair. It took 4 years after moving to PA for me to find a place I trust, and I only use them now. From the yearly state safety inspection and emissions test, to regular maintenance, diagnosing weird sounds, and making good on their word. They’re fair and trustworthy. The state of the art communication they send you via text link is amazing! I love it. Cost breakdowns, even level of importance, photos, button to accept or deny, it’s super easy and I don’t feel pressured at all. They are also veteran owned, which being a veteran myself is one of the things that attracted me in the first place. I can’t say enough about Colleen , Brett and the rest at Fadely’s. They are honest and will tell you straight. I highly recommend Fadely’s . If you are like me and don’t trust easily, being a woman especially too, go to them… I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I recommend them to friends, and family.
An added perk is the NO HASSLE, loaner car you can use while yours is being worked on. Just tell them if you’ll need a loaner or not and they will schedule you for a day that one is available -rather than tell you there isn’t one available.

We had an inspection and emissions done. Fadely's in West York does great work. It's a place you can bring your car/truck and know you are getting great honest work. We've been coming to Fadley's for a few years now.

Best prices and customer service around. They also teach you how to do basic maintenance with wine if you’re into that kind of thing and what to learn I highly recommend.

I have been going to Fadely’s for almost 10 years now. I have received nothing but the most professional service at all times. The fact they are veterans friendly and respect us for our serving was another reason to keep coming back for all my auto repair/upkeep needs. They provide excellent service at a fair price. The loaner car service is excellent, when and if you need it. All the personnel from receptionist, mechanic, manager and owner are the best. I recommend Fadely’s to everyone for any and all auto needs.

Had an excellent experience. And this is very uncommon in the auto repair industry from my experience. I think I finally found a place to continue using for a long time. They are very friendly, communicate well and can be trusted to fix what needs fixed and not try to upsell you. Nice touch by the technician leaving a bag of cookies in the car. And the receptionist was very friendly and communicated well regarding schedule and repairs. I'll be back again for sure!
