Dunkin'

This Dunkin is awesome and compared to others in the area, it's the best in my book. Store is clean, friendly staff, my drink is (almost) always made correctly But I understand mistakes happen, and the staff here are quick to correct it. These people wake up at 3:30am to deal with people who haven't been caffinated yet. BE KIND!
Only complaint I have is that donut delivery is often late and causes issues with mobile orders!

Very clean! Everything was fresh. The donut display is beautiful 😍 All the donuts are up front in a glass window so you can view them in all their glory. Staff was polite.

Services always quick and friendly. The food is always fresh, and very tasty! Highly recommend.

I only ever get coffee at DD. I'm sure the food is good too though. Best coffee in town! Love my DD!

I absolutely love this store and their Carmel Craze. But the main reasoning is: they have the best staff. One shining star in particular, Caroline! She always has a smile on her face & a kind word to brighten my day. Whom ever decides raises should definitely consider giving her one asap!

I ordered an extra large decaf with pumpkin swirl and five creams inside the store. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and apologized for a short wait due to the fact she was making a fresh pot of decaf coffee for me.
Not only did she make my drink exactly as ordered but did not skimp on the pumps of pumpkin swirl which many coffee preparers do.
She was also very pleasant and had my drink ready in a jiffy. I had just been to Boost Mobile with a mobile phone problem so I appreciated her kindness and swiftness in preparing my order.

The main reason i go here now is because closing staff one evening really went out of their way to help me.
Not all experiences with all staff have been the same, but it's enough to keep my attention.

They hire some of the most pleasant workers I have come across. About a year ago there was a gentleman (he’s a veteran) who was so sweet and very personable, I cannot remember his name anymore. However today I went through the drive through and Anthony was at the window. He was sincere when he said hello and had an amazing personable personality to him. He also wiped my cup off with a napkin then gave me a new clean napkin for my drink wrapped around my cold drink! It has been years since someone has done that at a drive thru. He deserves a raise, or manager position. Great way to start my day. Thank you Anthony- I needed a good morning start today

Second time i came in this store and i love it even more, A woman name Dani was very sweet to me, very nice, and i hope she gets a raise , she had a smile on her face the whole time and explained things to me very well. Gave me my options of what to put in my coffee, and pretty much made my day go smother. I wish everyone could be like her. Loves!!

This is the best Dunkin donuts. My order is always correct and the give a nice size snakin bacon. Good job to this team of people

This Dunkin is my favorite. The staff is so nice and efficient. My order is always right and fresh. Only complaint is they never have lemon donuts anymore.
May I suggest a byod (build your own donut or dozen) option for a small fee. Maybe it will eliminate waste and increase sales. I would pay more to get exactly what I wanted. Example: I like my chocolate frosted donuts to be glazed. Same with Boston Cream or cream filled. Just a thought.

This is one of my favorite spots to get my wife her coffee , they close to almost always get it exactly how she likes , unlike the other ones around the area I feel like these guys here care .

Everyone is ALWAYS so nice here. I stop when I travel to York. I've been getting small frozen coffee for last two weeks and this is only location that asked me if I wanted whipped creme. This morning they gave me a large. Great location

I have only used the drive thru at this location, and the parking lot can be cramped if they are busy. The coffee was good, the line went quickly, and the service was excellent. What more can you ask for?

Go there everyday. Great staff. If they happen to make a mistake they make up for it 10 fold. Adrianne is an awsome manager. They know what i want as soon as i pull up.. Great service. 10 sugars 5 creams😀

stop here at least once a week, sometimes twice. they are always super-friendly and are very quick. always get it done right and product always is awesome. you guys are the best! thank you for a job well-done!!

Great coffee, great service

Always friendly and some of their drinks are actually cheaper than the same drink at othe local dunkin donuts. I use the on the go app and my order is always ready for me on the counter when I get there.

Absolutely loveeeeeee the Monday to Friday morning staff (crew); they are the best !!! So fast paced and everything is usually done 99.9% right the first time. THIS IS THE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS IN YORK COUNTY! Their team work is great ! I
