The UPS Store

So grateful to have found The UPS Store in East York! I am the office administrator for a small local business and we had a rush last-minute order to fill. Chase at store #0664 was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He understood our needs and completed our order in record time and in perfect condition. Their fees are extremely reasonable as well - what a terrific experience, we will definitely use them again & again!

This store is the BEST! These folks are ALWAYS so pleasant, helpful, and KIND!! Greatly appreciate you all! Keep up the great work and kindness!

Who knew the UPS Store has extensive printing capabilities? I didn’t. Until now.

Had a time sensitive project that needed enlarged, printed, & laminated. Took it to another establishment who couldn’t complete the project within our time frame. Found the UPS Store through word of mouth & gave them a shot. They were quick to respond, knowledgeable, & polite. Not only was this project completed & ready for pickup the next day, but it also came in at half the cost of the competition.

A big thanks to Joe, Chase, Lillia, & any others who took part in getting this done!

OK so today is June 4, 23. I say that because I don't know who was working; I think Shane was one of them. I walked in with a few Amazon returns: a pair of sandals, a 70 lb chicken run, and an unboxed rowing machine. Your standard things, right?

They helped me figure out my Amazon returns (my wife does the thing usually) and helped figure out how to get an incredibly awkward rowing machine into a box for me to send back. I had brought package stuffing in case I needed it; they not only packaged it for me but they recycled the rest of the packing material I had brought. I know it sounds simple but they definitely went the whole nine yards for me and were incredibly kind the whole time.

Excellent store with smiling, friendly faces every time you walk in the door. They’re very helpful and knowledgeable on all of their services, and they move through lines quickly without sacrificing customer service. Their print services are exceptional, and the variety of products offered is unlike anywhere else I’ve found. No matter how far out this store is from my daily commute, this is my go to The UPS Store location.

I don’t often write reviews. In this case UPS Store 0644 was exceptional. I emailed my request for a pickup at Keystone Auctions, packing, and shipping. My item was picked up on Monday, packed and shipped on Monday, and was delivered on Wednesday. Store 644 is dependable, reliable, and very deserving of my 5 Star review. I dealt with Kiersten who is the store manager. Thank you Kiersten and the 644 crew!

We chose to use this UPS location because when I called, the staff member on the phone was very professional and helpful. The same was true at the store. They were very busy on a Saturday afternoon but still very professional and helpful boxing and shipping my large, awkwardly sized package. They did their best to help me save money where possible as well. I highly recommend this UPS location!

Friendly, efficient service and cheaper and faster than USPS

I had an extremely pleasant experience over the last few months having my PO Box here at this store. The entire staff is very friendly which is rare these days. Joe is a very caring and outgoing owner and helped me size and print flyers for my business at a great rate. Would recommend to anyone in the York area.

I've been using this UPS store for 5 years to ship to customers of my online guitar store. I'm always greeted with a smile and taken care of quickly. They can be busy some days, but that's the sign of a good business to me. They serve each customer quickly and with a good attitude. The manager, Chris is a great guy and I look forward to seeing him each time I go in.

I highly recommend this store. All of my boxes reached my new home! Great job! I found the staff to be very nice, did the research for which method was the most economical for me. Only one item broke and that was my fault. I am extremely happy with them. BTW they also give an AARP discount! That at least covered the taxes.

First time coming to this UPS store. A gentleman by the name of Eric helped me notarize some documents. He was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I'd definitely recommend this store and will be coming back in the future.

Chris was phenomenal. I needed a big job done quickly in time for a funeral and he did a beautiful job in under 30 minutes for a third of the price that Staples was going to charge. Thank you for going above and beyond! If I lived in York this would be my homestore and Chris would be my go to guy.

This UPS store is open on Sundays until 3, which is great for family’s that work through the week. Staff has always been pleasant.

I want to thank Felicia for helping me this morning. She was very busy and helped me ship packages to Amazon. After reviewing Google reviews of the other local UPS stores I drove the extra 2 miles. z

I went here to get my baby shower invitations designed and printed. I was thoroughly impressed with the design, quality, and the short amount of time it took for me to get them! Great staff, and great work! Keep it up UPS!
