My parents had flowers sent to me from Flowers by Cindy. They are absolutely STUNNING! The arrangement blew me away when it showed up.

This place is my go to for flowers! They have a huge assortment of all types of flowers. Cindy and staff made my daughters bridal shower beautiful with the baby’s breath arrangements, as well as the bucket flowers for the flower bar which was a huge hit!!

What an AMAZINGLY Beautiful flower arrangement Flowers by Cindy did for a dear friend's father's memorial. I was blown away on how perfect it was! I called to make sure it could be delivered when I needed and was told no problem. Fabulous customer service and the flowers were gorgeous. Highly recommend!!

After I chose the perfect bouquet for my boss online, the girls at Flowers by Cindy did an absolutely beautiful job! The arrangement looked just like the picture on the website! Due to my mistake I had accidently selected to have it delivered by 2:30 but really wanted it by 12:30. I typically review a place when there is a clear and evident positive or negative instance for an establishment. Flowers By Cindy has continued to be a 5 star establishment. Our family likes to buy local whenever we can, and I have continued to go to this flower shop (first visit was their last day at their old location) whenever I want to get my wife fresh flowers. Cindy and her team did an excellent job on unique flower arrangements for our daughter’s 3rd birthday (themed as a “purple party” for her love of purple). The flowers we get continue to last at least two weeks and I couldn’t be happier with their service! I highly recommend this place!

Flowers by Cindy was absolutely wonderful! I didn't need to worry about a thing! They took care of everything and thought of everything...we got pricing from 3 different people in the York area. She had the best price by far! We got SO many flowers for the money!!! It was unbelievable! Helped to make the wedding so beautiful...

Flower’s By Cindy was recommended to me by a family friend in Glenn Rock, and I am very glad we ordered from Cindy! We (last minute) sent my husband’s sweet grandmother a basket of flowers, and they were delivered on time and looked beautiful. I also really loved the hand written note she sent with our flowers.
