I definitely recommend Keller Brown to anyone who is shopping around for insurance. Adam helped me with homeowners, auto, and motorcycle insurance and was able to answer all the questions I had and help me decide what was best without being pushy. Communication was great also!

Keller-Brown has always been very responsive timely, and respectable, with any issue I have had. Even when I bombard them with emails, they still reply with updates in a courteous manner. They are never too busy to help or answer questions. As long as I am able I will be a client of theirs.

Keller-brown has been fantastic. Working with Adam Grove throughout the process of purchasing my first home was so simple and easy. He was even able to save me quite a bit on a monthly basis on my auto policy by switching providers from who I was with and actually got me more coverage than what I had. I received great service when I was almost ready to leave Keller Brown for State Farm. I had my car insurance with State Farm but my homeowners with Keller Brown. I have always had excellent service. When I would call to ask a question, make a change in policy, or ask if I’m covered because “a rock hit my windshield and now I have a crack”, I have always gotten an answer, and if I got voice mail, my call was returned within minutes. Very pleasant and helpful group of people to work with. And they are famous for saying “no problem, you are covered” or “I’ll get right on it” ....and they do! I feel safe in knowing my home and autos are covered, and Adam is wonderful to work with. He is on top of everything and always took care of my problems or questions.

The way I was respected and treated as a person looking for a quality product and not just another customer made it that much easier for me. Helped with making sure that my requirements were met with accurate coverage and not up selling what I really didn’t need.
