Great Dominican food in this place. There are some more expensive places in the area, but this inexpensive place has the best tasting food. The Mangu is awesome, when you can get it. They run out of it freequently so get there early if you want some.

El Caribe offers the best in Latin cuisine. Their food is fresh, all ingredients are original to the people's. The service is excellent. Lunch time gets pretty busy, so order ahead.
Added bonus, there is a cashier window. Money orders and Money Grams, bill payments, checks cashed.
Great for women on the go. Prices are reasonable, portions are really good.

Do not leave this place without trying the food! I've had a lot of Latino & Caribbean food in York and this spot is definitely one to come back to. Get some Chicharron, Platanos maduros, and do not miss out on the rice & beans with chicken it's soooo good. & Make to bring cash.

They have really great food here. Stewed chicken and rice is fantastic, crazy affordable. May not look like much, but they know good food.
