Not only do they have great customer service, this beauty supply store is amazing in general for all of your beauty needs whether it be hair, makeup, jewelry, etc. Grateful this wonderful shop opened up in Stratford.

Best variety of hair products for a decent price I love that they carry bulk size in hair products especially the purple shampoo for bleaching knots and toning the color 🎨for your wig plus their rewards card 💳comes in handy the more u buy the more comes off your next purchase👛💸

I absolutely love this store! The owner/manager has incredible customer service and tends to you with delight. I also think it's an awesome idea where they have have a certain percentage of money they give you back on a card for shopping with them and you are able to use the money to go back towards products you purchase there! That's a great incentive that NO OTHER HAIR STORE IN CONNECTICUT that I know of are doing! I wish they were open on Sundays !

Always a positive and smooth experience. Never too busy which makes the shopping experience a lot easier. Workers and cashiers always greet you and ask if you need assistance. Local Hair store that I always love going to. Not to mention the rewards card is helpful to have if you have little things you wanna get and save money on.

Very clean, spacious and professional Atmosphere.The staff is very attentive and treat each customers with respect. You definitely can't find that anywhere else.They have the lastest and greatest of products and hair. This is not your typical Beauty supply store! It's a must you check them out! I tell all my clients to go there.

Love love love this store. The other hair store in this area cannot compare to the prices, amount of items!! Well organized, open layout. Very knowledgable staff! All I can say is I hope they will be open on Labor Day because I was so indecisive and overwhelmed by the amount of variety of quality hair that I left thinking I would make a decision by today:-( I'm so sad they are closed today! I need that Brazilian bundle to get my next hair style popping!!!!

It's literally hair heaven! They had so much and if you don't see what you want you can request a product you want! Loved it there everyone super helpful, nice and welcoming. Definitely my new hair spot

This is a good look for Stratford. I used to have to drive to Bridgeport. Now I get a good selection and the owner is actually personable and will talk to you and make recommendations. They also have a reward program that you earn money off future purchases.
