I first checked web site for the item I wanted, plenty in stock. Walked in and asked cashier for the aisle or area to find item. Item not found.
Showed web site to cashier who called an associate who located my item immediately and brought it to me. Nice and efficient. Thanks guys!

If there was a candy store for adults disguised as a tool and adulting store this would be it. Helpful staff. Good pricing and just fun to browse. Oddly, I got my favorite airbrushing kit here. Spent about $300 on a set that works great even though I'd just spent over $2000 on another "professional" kit that I absolutely hated.

I love Harbor Freight. Employees treat customer with the utmost respect and they are always happy to help and answer questions. Harbor Freight is my second most favorite place to shop right behind Best Buy.

I knew what I wanted. I checked its availability prior to going to the store (Hey, Home Depot: learn something from Harbor Freight's website.) Within 60 seconds of arriving, the store manager - he helped me so quickly that I didn't catch his name - directed me to the specific shelf for my specific item. Pleasantly answering the phone while efficiently serving the customer in front of me, the cashier was every bit the retail professional that the store manager was. I was back outside in under 3 minutes. It was probably the most efficient purchase I've made in the last 10 years.

Went to Harbor Freight today with my daughter to utilize the 20% coupon for Christmas weekend on the US General tool box and lockers. Upon walking in the store, I wasn’t certain the best way to combine the coupon with the membership. Fortunately, Frank was available to answer all of my questions, explaining exactly how the coupon would combine and what options were available to me (10% off or 36 month 0% financing, ability to order vs requiring an in-stock item, etc.). After shopping around the store, we checked out with Frank at the register as well and he made everything very straight-forward and simple. I really appreciated how patient and easy-to-work-with he was - it’s hard to find people today who are so well-informed in their role & willing to help others. The process was super quick, leaving me with no questions, feeling great about our experience, and looking forward to returning to pick up our items in a few weeks. Thanks again to Frank for streamlining the process today.

This is the first time that I've been in Harbor Freight. I was really impressed by the selections they have. It's not just one or two of an item, but many choices, options and price ranges. The item I bought saved me $200 over other retailers. The store was clean, bright, and the employees were exceptionally helpful.

Frank the manager was awesome. I walked in right at closing time to get one item and was graciously enough to check me and close the store later.

I have been shopping at this location since it first opened in York Pennsylvania years ago. I have always had a positive experience at this location year after year. If you have a problem with any purchased items, the manager at this location has always been professional and quick to replace the items and professionally resolve any issues. The staff is always willing to assist with whatever you need and answer your questions and point you in the right direction. I have also shopped numerous locations across the country. The stores offer a wide range of quality items which are always reasonably priced. I've never had an issue finding anything I needed to complete a project at any location nationwide. This is definitely a great chain and of good benefit to both the home owner and commercial contractors alike. York Pennsylvania Harbor Freight is a good location offering quality service! I highly recommend this location!

This place always has great deals. The coupons for free things make it even better. I love using them for the free 24 pack of batteries. I mean who can't use batteries? They let you combine coupons also which a lot of places will not. Their sales associates have always been very helpful when I have been there shopping.

This is my GF favorite store lol and I'm not even kidding she will literally walk up and down each row to see if something new came in so we were there and she has said she would love a membership so I snuck off bought her a year membership and a 25 dollar gift card was so great to see her shocked lol
