TC Backer Construction

I am happy with the work that TC Backer has completed at my home. Over the course of the past year they replaced my roof, gutters and completed a large re-siding project. I was fortunate to have Kevin as my initial contact the company. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and supportive through out all of my projects from beginning to end. Glenn and Ty also helped to ensure that I was satisfied with the work completed. Thank you.

If your looking for siding, look no further then TC Backer. When we first moved into the home, which was brand new we found some very small issues with the siding. This was on the fault of a sub contractor and not TC Backer. After speaking with my builder I was put in touch with Chris at the company. Within three days, Chris was at my house. Not only did he address and fix the small issues that I had seen, but he then went over the entire house and made sure that things I would have never seen were also fixed. No cost out of pocket, no questions asked. Well here I am a year later and a contractor who was doing my patios accidentally punched a hole in a piece of siding. I simply got a hold of Chris and explained the situation. Once again, without hesitation, Chris said not to worry about it and that he would have it take care of. TC Backer did a Fantastic Job with the repairs to our home after it was heavily damaged from the Tornado of 8/2/23. They worked directly with our Insurance Company to make this a painless ordeal. The workmanship was superb and the attention to detail was stellar. The workers were respectful and professional and when the job was finished they cleaned up the worksite. I highly recommend TC Backer.

From a yellow eyesore, to a quaint little cape cod rancher in Dallastown. I cannot express how satisfied we are with quality of work performed in a timely manner. The gentlemen I met with, both quoting and installing, were professional and courteous. My shutters were not installed properly by a previous contractor and were pulling out of the brick. TC Backer was the third contractor to look at and finally fix the problem. They were also willing to look at two other minor fixes needed. The jobs were completed with efficiency and much to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I had a great experience with TC Backer’s team member Micah! After a weather incident damaged my siding and gutter, Micah and a service technician made sure everything was taken care of, stress relief!

Excellent service, professional and attention to detail. Office staff kept us updated on date of install, and crew was right on time! Did a quality roof...from the plywood to shingles...all done in 1/2day...cleaned up every piece of old roof and scanned for stray nails x 4!

In 2021 - 2022 TC Baker installed new windows, new roof and new gutters on my home. They completely transformed the look of my home for the better. The workmanship, materials and service we're all top notch. The whole TC Backer team is also a joy to work with and kept me updated throughout the project. Also, recently had roof damage due to a passing storm, called the Backer team and they got it repaired and as good as new quicker than I even thought possible. A storm in April caused us to lose a large amount of shingles from our roof. We called T.C. Backer and that same day they were out to meet the 3rd party insurance inspector. Doug handled everything professionally and was available at all times of the day to discuss our claim process with us. Doug, also insured that we were able to get a full replacement for damages that occurred. He was upfront throughout the process and for that we are thankful. I would not hesitate to let them handle another claim at my property.

They have been great to work with! They are easy to get in contact with and maintain communication throughout your repairs and projects. Kevin Dingus was my project consultant— He was great with responding to my texts/calls regarding questions about scheduling, estimates and repairs. Would highly recommend!

Arrived before apt time to efficiently set up in an organized manner and knock it out of the park attitude. Very skilled amazing teamwork with a beautiful roof over my head is how they left my home but also with the satisfaction and knowledge that 100% I had the best company available to help my home stay protected which ultimately keeps me safe/protected.
