I have had Allstate for a few years now with this agency. It's nice to have a local office to stop in whenever I want & the people there are so nice and welcoming. I'm glad they are always there to help me if I need to make a change or file a claim. Also, when I had an accident I was afraid my premium would go up so they were able to add some discounts on to my policy to help offset any price change!

I have been insured with Allstate since I have started driving - 13 years. Most of that time, I have been insured at Greg Nicholas's agency. I known Greg for many years and has only the best in mind for his customers. Greg will call periodically and leave voicemails, wishing happy holidays, thanking me as his client and offering reviews of my policy. I've learned that, although the individual agencies can't control rate changes, they will always search through and review your policy the see if they can bring your price down with discounts that Allstate may offer. Even if I COULD get a slightly cheaper rate elsewhere, I would stay with Allstate/Greg Nicholas because he and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

All of the agents are extremely nice and they helped me save money on my insurance. The employees know their insurance and they're always there to help when I have questions or concerns. I wouldn't want to be insured anywhere else.

Gregory is professional when assisting his clients. Took his time with me to explain matters which made me feel very welcome. Gregory should get ranked up to a manager position or higher than that. Hes a star compare to a female manager that work in the york pa office.
