TLDR: they're understaffed and underworked and those who work there are stuck up and don't do what they're supposed to.

now in detail:they don't answer the phone. they are severely understaffed.
they called my emergency contact to say that they were an hour late and that they only had one doctor at work, despite me giving them my number.
they said the phone lines were down when i asked them why they didn't pick up the phone.

i put all of this aside because i was desperate.

when i talked to the receptionist she seemed stressed, so i gave her patience.

the worst part was the doctor, he had told me i needed to floss, which is fine because i know i do. the problem is that it's hard to because i need braces. my teeth rip the floss on the right side of my mouth. he "wanted to see for himself" and without asking he shoves his hands in my mouth forcefully and says it's not that bad.

when he cleaned my teeth, he kept hitting my gums and said that it was because i wasn't flossing that it hurt so bad. when i was younger i used to not brush my teeth because i have sensory problems due to autism, and back then it didn't hurt nearly as bad. I brush my teeth now to put it into perspective.

when i kept exclaiming that it hurts he said it wasn't that bad and just kept going while laughing at me. at the end i spit pure blood and my mouth tasted like it. I've never had a worse cleaning in my life by a stuck up know-it-all.

don't waste your time. you're better off with rotting teeth than here.

find somewhere else.

Had a cavity filled and still in pain. If you just want a regular cleaning this is the place to go, but nothing more.

The service was great at first I got filling last Friday 12/11/2020. Everything was great until the lidocaine got on my tongue. My tongue is still tingling today 12/15/2020. At first my tongue was numb. I’m not sure if the nerves are damaged. When I called over the phone to explain what happened to me. And how the lidocaine got on my tongue, they told me that it happened before to another patient. The part that’s killing me it’s that they don’t want to accept full responsibility. Then the receptionist is covering up for the dentist. I don’t get it. The receptionist act like she got the lidocaine on my tongue I’m super confused. Or like she owns the company or office I’m super confused. Just don’t let them give you lidocaine. It’s not supposed to get on your tongue. This isn’t my first time having lidocaine. Never have I experienced my tongue being numb and tingling for this long ever. I’m just sharing my experience so no one else ever have to experience this. This is so not a good feeling. It’s very uncomfortable, and nerve wrecking. If I didn’t have this experience with my tongue I would’ve have said it’s a good dentist. But this experience is horrible. No one ever want to feel this constant tingling sensation on their tongue. The feeling is indescribable and undesirable.

Did fill ins on my left side stuck me 4 different times with the needle in my gums. Came back two weeks later because left side of mouth was hurting she numb me once again and filled me in and said I should be fine yet two weeks later my teeth still hurts. Teeth and gums never hurts until I went there.

This place is an absolute nightmare and the so called receptionists are quite rude . I made appointments for myself and 2 sons. Only one of us actually got any treatment. Wasted an afternoon and I waited al out 2 months for this appointment.

As I am sitting here on the office watching the ladies at the front desk it would be great if they actually had better customer service skills. They are not very welcoming at all to anyone, they just basically look at people and roll their eyes. It would be nice to see a welcoming Smile.

Started with reciponists very snotty then dentist kept digging into gums with me on edge with horrifying pain while he and assistant were laughing assistant pushed down on my chest which still hurts along with my neck none that had to hurt felt like killing them for the pain might just drop a lawsuit do not care for this place avoid if you want to save yourself from the rudeness and pain
