Steve is awesome. Very friendly, literally like a good neighbor. When I moved to York he gave me his cell phone number and told me to call or text if I had any questions about living around there. I did have a few random questions and he was happy to help. One thing I thought was exceptional about Steve was that he didn't try to sell me on whole life insurance at all. He didn't even bring it up. I was holding my breath as I was walking out bracing for him to do that, but he didn't. I was just there to transfer my auto and get renters. This is very unusual, since whole life is usually the one thing that insurance salesmen will try to push on you since it's very profitable for them. I think that says a lot about Steve's character personally.

Steve and his team are always willing to complete any task with alacrity. I've been a customer of Steve's for years. 3 days ago I was involved in a serious crash. Anyone who has been in a serious crash knows how complicated the process can be.....injury, loss of work, vehicle damage or total loss, etc... I had injury and a total loss of vehicle. From the moment I started a claim with State Farm I received immediate contact and follow through with multiple members of State Farm. Within 3 days most of the preliminaries were taken care of, questions answered, and my reimbursement funds were in process. Everyone I was in contact with, including Steve, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I certainly anticipate the rest of the process will continue as efficiently as it has thus far.
