I had left a bad review a few years ago after many issues I won’t get into but I have started going back again about a month ago and since then Letti, Clarissa, and Dr. Okoli have literally been my heroes they have all gone above and beyond I have been there like 4-5 times in the last month for diff things and everytime they have provided excellent service and make me feel comfortable. Letti is super great at answering calls and scheduling and helping to make sure that I get great service and Claris and De. Okoli make a great team getting my teeth the care they need and helping to save my smile . I am so glad I chose to give this office another chance.

I have been going to Dental Dreams for about 10 years. Everyone is so very kind in the office and treated myself and daughter very well. I have given their information to friends to go to Dental Dreams! The place is clean and they have seen me several times on an emergency basis, getting me in that day or the next according to my schedule. And when it comes to children, they were fantastic when my daughter was younger, knowing how nervous children can be in a strange place. I thank Dental Dreams and staff for everything they have done for me in the past! Thank you all!

Dr. Chen and staff are very professional and congenial. I received A#1 impeccable care. I would recommend Dental Dreams to anyone who needs the simplest care to the most extensive treatment. Highly trained and skilled in all facets of General Dentistry.

Dr. Chen and his dental assistant was very nice. This was my son’s first dentist appointment, so they made the visit quick, painless, and friendly for him!

I absolutely love coming here. Everything is always explained so well to me about every thing that ever goes on. Jen at the front desk is always always very kind and welcoming. She makes sure everything is exactly the way it needs to be and it’s very much appreciated. The dentist is amazing and very gentle and listens to any concerns or questions you may have. Everyone is on top of their game here and I don’t ever wish to go to another dentist office if I can ever help it.

Efficient, great staff, wonderful Dentist. In and out in under an hour and only cost $29 you can't beat that to get 2 teeth pulled.

I’m very pleased with my appointment today. Came in for a cleaning and some sensitivity. Left with teeth feeling and looking fresh 😁😁😁

A friendly staff they treat you wonderful but it takes a while to get stuff back if you're getting dentures

The dentist is great & service is good too. I had chipped a front tooth & they squeezed me in right away to get it fixed! I was definitely not expecting that kind of service. I was pleasantly surprised.

So I was a former client of the Harrisburg office which was a nightmare! The staff were horrible the customer service was so bad and the work done was damaging! Given this I had a few consultations else where and it wasn’t what I imagined my dental provider to be. So with reconsideration I tried a different Dental Dreams (York) and let me tell you… this ladies exceeded all expectations! I was a bit worried when I called and couldn’t get through so I stopped by and noticed Jen was in the office with multiple patients, and in each interaction it was soooo personable while handling multiple things at once. I think I even asked her if she was or became overwhelmed reassuring me she was ten yeared and knows the ropes which clearly she did. The exam I had scheduled for my daughter and I online was dated extremely far out in my error, instantly when I explained my situation she found room with in a weeks time to get my daughter and I seen! At our next appointment we were super excited to see Jen again (of course due to the personalized experience) but it was her day off none the less the ladies from behind the counter to the dental assistants & the dentist himself were AMAZING! They took their time comforted my daughter & myself while having some laughs and feeling even better after leaving! If I could give 10 stars I would! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly dentist! All dental dreams offices should mimic this location complete night and day from my experience in Harrisburg!

I needed to have a tooth pulled so I called mid afternoon and left a message adding that I would be a new patient. 25 minutes later I got a call back and was told that there was an opening later that afternoon if I was interested and then I gave them my information. At the appointment everything ran as smooth as clockwork from the desk to the x-rays and then the extraction. The nurses and the dentist all did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for any better. I really can't say enough about the staff and my overall experience with them. And the icing on the cake is that there was no pain during or after. I would definitely refer them to anybody.

Absolutely LOVE the staff here!! Drove an hour to come here because they are absolutely the best! From their warm welcome, to their helpfulness getting all the info they needed and the ease and professionalism with which they handled my procedure from beginning to end- the very best! I’d recommend them to everyone!!😁😁

Dental dreams thank you! I ran into a dental emergency with my youngest. Despite the complications on my end & short staff at the time, Jen made sure we got everything handled was persistent in getting my baby in and better. I thank you all for and amazing experience and taking care of us!

Was just at Dental Dreams(6/16/23) the dentist, nurse, X-ray tech and receptionist were exceptional!! Complaints about the receptionist are unfounded. Jen, works by herself at that front desk doing the best she can, with answering the phone, checking in patients, checking out patients, walk-ins, verifying health insurance, call backs, interacting with the nurse, tech, and dentist, making and changing appointments, and I’m sure I missed numerous other duties! Give this crew of professionals a break, they are doing the best they can with “ only one dentist “, Five Stars For Me!!

My first visit was amazing! I was pleasantly surprised from being to end. I got in early for my appt and I never felt rushed. I am really grateful that I got in for an emergency reason and that I now have a great dental office!

JEN at the front was incredibly kind, helpful and very informative. She listened to my concerns even though she was extremely busy and the only one in the front. The other young lady KELSI that works up front was so helpful and friendly as well. All the new staff are super nice, they listen and are easy to talk to.

I went to the York office and I had Jen helping me at the front desk and she was great! She helped me with what I needed and answered all questions! And the Dentist we seen was Dr. Okoli or Ikoli (not sure of spelling) but he was amazing with my kids and they had such a great visit!

My kids and I have been there recently and they were nothing but amazing! The staff there were super friendly and did such a good job! The front desk staff was quite knowledgeable. Jen and mandy were nothing but helpful when it came to answering my questions. Dr t is such a good doctor and explains everything so well, he made my kids and I feel so comfortable in his hands. Apparently there is a new office manager and she is super friendly. I'm sure with her help, this office will see improvements! I know them not answering the phones is nerve racking but trust me they make up in other areas! I will def recommend them!
