Moove In Self Storage

Had a 10x25 ish… storage unit at the Morgan Lane location for many years. Property was always kept clean and I had no issues during my time using their services.

Sarah the store Manager was always helpful on the rare occasion I needed anything.

Only moved out due to purchasing a new property that had on site storage.

MISSY , was great found me a closer unit to the bigger one I had to transfer goods to a smaller unit. Explained everything spot on. With the paperwork . Answered any questions I had . Very nice and accommodating. Informative but professional at the same time :) thank you Missy :)

What an easy and wonderful experience! From the moment I began working with Sarah, I knew Moove In Self Storage was the right choice. She was great explaining options, helping with paperwork, and even helping via the phone while I was at the grocery store to redo everything when we realized we needed a larger unit! The facility was spotless. I highly recommend Moove In Self Storage and will use them again when needed.

My experience with Moove in on Morgan Lane was very pleasant. No complaints here! I mainly spoke with Sarah as she was working when I set up to move in and move out. Every time I spoke with her she was just lovely and very nice. Answered all my questions and even called me back right away with updated information. Very thorough and great customer service. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with our local Moove In Storage facility from start to finish. The process of obtaining the unit was made easy and user friendly via online as we were able to sign the lease and our lock was ready for pickup the next day. As well, the branch was very friendly when we called to update our address when we moved. The facility was well kept and clean which is something you rarely find with storage units. I would recommend to anyone. We had been customers since November 2020 but ended our services this weekend as we no longer needed a unit.

I have stored 2 campers at this facility and will continue to use them. I love that the facility is secure, and very clean. The location is very convenient for us to hook up and go! Sarah has always been very kind and helpful. She always responds to my calls and emails when needed. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs some extra storage.

The employees are great. Very friendly. Explained everything and the whole process (start-up, billing, and close-out) was easy. I used the unit for over a year without any issue. Elevator worked every time. Key codes and boxes all in perfect working order. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We have rented storage here twice and it was a seamless, pleasant experience both times! I do wish the online rental option allowed personal insurance to be applied or uploaded. However, Sarah took my insurance information via email and applied it without an issue. We would rent here again and highly recommend!

Great place for storage. Staff is very helpful. Sarah Clark is the manager and she was great to work with. I am still with them, just down graded to a smaller unit that is temperature controlled.

Was recommended by a family friend. Rates are the best in the area and the manager is extremely nice and easy to get along with. I was talking to her about how I might need a larger unit and she quickly put me on a wait list for one that might be opening up and has been giving me updates on it pretty much daily as she knows I'm moving down at the end of the week. Very clean facility, professionally kept, and the security blows the other units in the area away.

I was thrilled with the way that I was treated by Lakeisha Johnson at the facility. Always warm and informative. The facility has great security, and the unit met my needs. Highly recommend!
