Pete explained everything in perfect detail so I could understand why I trusted their team with my car once again. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, fair, and just all around a lovely group that does excellent work. They have come through for me multiple times when I was in a bind, and I continue to drive back to them even though I now live 3 hours away. Their prices are more than fair for the great work they do. Pete and Mark have been wonderful, always clearly describing what is necessary to keep me safe on the road and my car running well. They always give me options to decline service that is not immediately necessary and recommend timelines for the completion of that work. This is the kind of place I usually only recommend to my family and friends. Check them out and I’m sure you will agree!

Just had our Suburban inspected and repaired for another year! We really like dealing with Mark, Susan, and Pete! They explained the work needed, showed the faulty parts that were replaced, and made our truck drive like new. Just made a trip to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the drive. We try to keep the truck in top shape as it’s our family vehicle and safety as s the main focus. We will continue to come back to CARS as they are great people and a great local business.

As a woman, I always felt uncomfortable taking my car for repairs until I found CARS. The owners, Mark and Susan are the best. You can trust that if they tell you something needs fixing it does. Never got that “ripped off” feeling from their business. Their prices are right and they, and their crew, are always professional and get your vehicle back on a timely basis. I’m glad their business survived the pandemic, I don’t want to ever take my car anywhere else.

During a recent trip to Lehigh, I had a minor vehicle issue while driving north on 83 two exits south. We call Complete Automotive Repair and Service from the highway and spoke with Mark the owner. After describing the problem, he said he could have someone take a look very quickly hoping we could make a child's XC race. Mark was waiting waiting when we pulled in with tools at the ready and had us on back on the highway in 20 minutes after an quick fix. Thank you to and your staff. We do not live in York but would certainly take our vehicles here if we did.

Came here for my inspections and to see if anything was wrong with my brakes (Ford Fusion = awful brakes). Mark and Pete were super honest and lovely to talk to about any problems and advice. When I went to get my car, Mark even came out with my cracked coil spring to show me and took the time to talk repairs through. They were the only ones to actually show me a broken part and talk me through car repairs - super impressed. They respect their customers and care about them!

Been using this shop for many years. I have a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse and the only shop I will take it to is this shop, it still runs like new. Mark and Susan and their crew are the best. Honesty and fair prices are a must when your on a fixed income, and I get that here.

I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough!! They are wonderful, friendly, and honest people. I've had nothing but issues with a new car I bought and they've helped me navigate what to do every single time and have never tried to cheat me in any way. They're honest and keep you informed about your car, and they also explain things easily for those who are not car-savy like myself! I've been going to them for years and will always recommend them!

After my visit, I won't go anywhere else. I called around 8 different shops to fix an issue with my hyundai sonata hybrid electrical system. No one would touch it and they all told me to call the dealership. Dealership quoted me at least $3000.

I called here and they told me to drop it off and they would fix it, even though they were pretty much booked. The manager Pete kept me up to date on everything they were doing every step of the way.

They were able to fix my electrical issue, change my brakes, and fix a broken sway bar (that was missed on previous inspections), for a 3rd of the price that the dealership quoted me just for the electrical. Top notch service and people!

Took my cars here for years before I moved out of state too. Can be a little pricey side, but you'll never get ripped off. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and will happily talk your ear off about your vehicle if you let him. He does quality work and you can tell he's genuinely passionate about it.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I recently purchased a 2010 Mini Cooper clubman s which had a bad thermostat and coolant pipe and overheated. Mark and Pete sprung into action and ordered the right parts for it (I ordered the wrong parts, there’s different variations of the thermostat). Had it back together and running good in no time. I tried to do the job myself and broke a bolt that holds in the thermostat which is when I decided to take it to complete auto, where mark was kind enough to let me borrow his own tools to try and get it out myself and save the repair bill (I still couldn’t get it out unfortunately) Not many shops will do that. I felt extremely comfortable with my car in their hands and they did an excellent job servicing it. I HIGHLY recommend complete auto to anybody looking for knowledgeable, kind staff and quality work at the right price. To mark and Pete: thanks so much for helping me out. I will be back for future work along with anyone I know who needs it.

Mark is a very competent and honest mechanic. Traits difficult to validate in this day and age. Mark is capable of diagnosing and repairing on old and new vehicles. I've had Mark work on many of my vehicles and recommend CARS to people looking to start a relationship with someone who cares about you and your vehicles safety. Too bad he moved from Queen Street, it was very convenient for my family, but service is very good and pricing is fair. You get what you pay for.

Complete Auto provides what rarely exists anymore...an HONEST place to take your vehicle that provides THOROUGH, EXCELLENT SERVICE! I recently had timing issues with my 2011 BMW. After researching & looking over my car, they found that BMW issues an extended warranty to my car which would save me over $1000. They sacrificed taking my money & referred me to a dealership to help save me money! Wow! You don't get that everyday! Even after the dealership charged me for diagnostics but couldn't guarantee me anything while wanting to charge me thousands of dollars...Pete referred me to seek another dealership which was in Manheim that took care of my car. Mark, Pete and Susan and their crew do GREAT things the right way! I have gone to them first before and I will continue to go to them first again!

Amazing! Very friendly, clean shop. The owner and his wife were wonderfully friendly and able to get my daughter's car in right away. I recommend this shop for all car repairs. They especially love York College students and military. Thank you!!
