I had to have an old house ceiling fixed and repainted to list my house for sale urgently. I called Cesar on Thursday and he was able to squeeze me in within 2 business days for a reasonable price. The ceiling looks great and I couldn't be happier!

When I called Clear Victory Painting, Cesar very timely, came to my home to give me and my wife a free estimate of very helpful ideas of how to update our kitchen. We had some of our own notions, but after listening to his suggestions we decided to follow his advice. We are extremely happy that we did. His professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge won us over. Also, his immediate responsiveness to any of our calls during the three days his crew was working at our home was excellent. Plus, over those three days we had five members of his crew in our home working. They were most accommodating to our questions and a few minor extras with friendliness, courteousness, knowledge and an incredible work ethic. They also worked very neatly and cleaned everything up after they were finished. We have plans to use Clear Victory Painting again in the fall for some other projects. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Clear Victory Painting!

Cesar and his entire crew are the kindest, most professional, and hardest working people. They did an amazing job repainting our entire house. Cesar helped give his expert opinion on paint colors, he helped us fix several issues that another painting company caused, and went above and beyond to clean up everyday before they went home for the night. Cesar got back to me within seconds of my inquiry! He offered a very competitive quote for wallpaper removal and painting, and his crew finished the 4x5 room in a day (would’ve taken me weeks). I was so impressed with the clean lines and lack of mess. Totally transformed my house in less than 8 hours. We’re very happy with their service and will be using them for our outdoor deck painting based on this lovely outcome.

Cesar's crew did an excellent job on a large interior project and completed it in the time promised. When we noticed something after the crew finished, Cesar came back himself and quickly corrected the issue. We certainly will use him in the future.

Cesar is very professional, honest, and respectful of owner's time and details. He has people of similar character and skill working with him. You can trust Cesar to be good for his word and fair with negotiations. And unlike many in his trade who take forever to come back and do small finish at the end, Cesar does as he promises. I highly recommend Cesar for any painting and staining challenges you might have. He also does power-washing.

These guys did an AMAZING job! We closed on a house and had a week before move in date and they came in mid-week, worked literally ALL morning and ALL night and painted both floors !!! The house looks absolutely amazing!! We will absolutely be calling on them when we want to finish our basement!!! Thankyou so much guys!!

Cesar and team did a thorough, professional job in getting our condo ready for move-in. They patched dry-wall, installed new closet doors and hardware and fixed various doors, hinges and trim. Cesar was always friendly and responsive. I would hoghly recommend him and his team.

I read tons of online reviews and did lots of research before settling on Cesar at Clear Victory Painting. I can tell you that all of the reviews are true and I thankfully made the right decision. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but the important thing is that the price was fair and the workmanship and dedication he and his team showed was nothing but stellar. They showed up on time every day and worked diligently until the job was done. This was a big job! His team never let up though and made sure they did the job right and waited until we were fully satisfied to ask for final payment. I would recommend Clear Victory to anyone. Honest, hard-working, and pleasant to be around - his whole team was all of that.

Cesar and his team were exceptional from start to finish. This was a very large job that took 4 days to complete. Let me take a step back... He was extremely responsive in initially coming out to give me a quote, which was provided on the spot. Pricing was reasonable, especially for Fairfield area. We had received two quotes prior and his was the most competitive. He and his team started a few days later. I wanted additional areas handled when he arrived, which we originally overlooked. He politely said he’d handle it with a reasonable up charge. No drama, which was great. He went with the flow and rolled with the challenges. Along the way we were in constant communication, especially if he had questions or concerns and the same from my end. The job required multiple ladders for a 2 story staircase, which he handled flawlessly. What impressed me most was his lack of ego and willingness to make adjustments along the way. I thought I’d drive hit nuts with my incessant focus on the smallest of details as we have A LOT of fancy millwork everywhere, which required significant prep time and in some instances several passes. He rolled with it and always with a smile. After a few days it literally felt like he was part of the family, but always maintained a wonderful sense of professionalism. He was a joy to have in our home and his attention to detail was impeccable. Talented and responsive professionals are always hard to find and even harder to retain. Phase 1 of our painting project is now complete. I’m not letting Cesar go anytime soon as he’ll be starting Phase 2 in a few weeks. Grab him if you can!

Ceasear and his team of professionals are the best. Before I dealt with Ceasear, other contractors would try to take advantage of me because I am a single woman/mother. Other contractors would come to the house to see work To see the work I needed done and I would experience all type of unprofessional behavior including sexual harassment.
