I would like to shout out Angel, who I believe is the manager. She is amazing, kind, and gives the best customer service. This store is always so well stocked. Workers are always kind. I love it!

The lady named Michelle is extremely sweet! She handled each customer on a busy Saturday morning with no rush. Paid attention to each individual with their questions, concerns and purchases. Good sense of humor which entertained the guest waiting in line. Very good customer service and great selection in-store. Will be coming back again! 👌🏻

The person who helped me at the register was so helpful and sweet. I told them I had dyscalculia and they instantly kindly asked for the change I had and counted it for me. Such a kind person, and it made my day and really helped me out. Also, I got a game that I was basically looking for which was another plus!! Thank you so so much! And no I didn’t catch the persons name but they had gauges in their ears and brown hair and a beard. Shout out to you!!

Came in to return a used game I bought that didn’t work. John was running the store by himself holding it down like a champ. He swapped out the defective disc right away and was super kind and helpful. John, you’re a freaking legend.

This GameStop is Ben my tried-and-true location for buying video games for about 15 years whenever I need a game that's going to be released at midnight I make sure to go here so I can get my copy before anyone else can staff is friendly and courteous they always have the games I want in stock and the prices are fair be sure to visit them if you're here in York or if you need your games pronto

Called about my outdated PS3 system that I lost the power cord for. I spoke with a gentleman named Mike and he found what I needed and gave me advice on another console of mine. Very good customer service. It's hard to find in sales these days that someone is happy to be helpful. I thank you Mike.

Very pleasant experience. Reserved a game online it was confirmed within minutes that they had it. Stopped to pick it up and a few other things. Bought several used games and a controller. All worked flawlessly. Will go nowhere else for gaming needs!! Far better experience than buying used on eBay!

This is by far my favorite GameStop store to go to. They are all very nice and knowledgeable. I usually interact with Shelby who is very nice and happy to be there and it shows. I definitely recommend this game stop over any others in York.
