Remodel of old pink bathroom

Our pink bathroom was eighty years old with an owner-inspired seventies remake on top of it like a toupee covering a bald head. K D Rosengrant demoed our bathroom down to the studs and then fixed all of the underlying issues -- floor, plumbing, and everything else. Then the new bathroom went in and what a difference! Drains that drain! Fans that fan!

Space was an issue so now we have floating shelves and a recessed medicine cabinet. We also have a brand new multi-unit fan/overhead light/heat lamp which required the removal of the old fan, new wiring, etc.

I was going to take a picture of the old bathroom for a then and now comparison, but, no, I want to forget.

A lot of people think price first. That's a mistake. Quality is what matters. You don't want to live with a slipping toupee. K D Rosengrant gives quality at the best price.

We used Rosengrant-Stein services to totally remodel our 80 year old main bathroom. This remodel included moving a wall 2 feet which was the same wall that housed all the plumbing, venting and electrical. This bathroom also did not have an exhaust fan previously.

Now that the remodel is complete, we have a gorgeous bathroom that rivals a 5 star hotel, complete with modern updates, gfci, exhaust fan, updated plumbing, and a beautiful walk-in shower.

Rosengrant not only came in with the agreed upon budget, but the work was completed as planned within the three week timeframe.

There were no hidden charges and I consider myself fortunate in choosing them for my remodel as I have heard so many horror stories about other contractors.

Attached is a picture of the completed project, please excuse the mess but it is now one of our favorite rooms in the house.

I used KD Rosengrant over 5 years ago to install 16 vinyl windows in our home. The windows look and operate as good now as they did when they were first installed. Recently, I had one window replaced due to an ongoing issue with the mini-blind pull cord. I reached out to both the manufacturer and KD Rosengrant to address this problem. Betsy worked with the manufacturer to honor my lifetime warranty and got me a new window with installation free of charge. No hassles - no complaints and very supportive. I couldn't ask for better customer service experience from both the manufacturer and KD Rosengrant.

If you're in need of a home improvement project, I would recommend reaching out to either Betsy or John to at least get a quote. If you decided to go with them, I don't think you'd be disappointed. Their workmanship and customer service are both first class in my opinion.

I did not receive any service from this company, but the fact that the gentleman called me back and left a very nice voicemail to let me know they are currently booked for over a year was very nice! As well as wished me luck on my project :)

I have known K.D. Rosengrant for many years working with them professionally. Recently I called them to inspect our roof as our home is coming up on 25 years of age. They were promptly able to make a visit to my home, did a lengthy inspection and informed me that, despite the age of my roof, it was in good condition and did not warrant replacement at this time. They provided us with helpful information to keep an eye out for signs of changes and asked us to give them a call back in a few years to look at it again. What an amazing and truthful company. They could have easily sold me a new roof which I didn't need. When I am in need of a replacement, they will certainly be my choice.

From a professional relationship standpoint, K.D. Rosengrant is very organized, knowledgeable and have very skilled and respectful employees. The level of detail through every aspect of each job is impeccable. They truly treat each person and home with great respect and like they were family. I could not recommend their services more.

We had them replace our roof. We also had them update two bathrooms and our entire first floor flooring. Very professional, communicated well, and showed up everyday until the job was done. Highly recommend this company!

We've had them replace ALL our windows and 2 patio doors, three toilets, a tub/shower, all bathroom exhaust fans, install a tile floor, and a few other random things. Everything looks amazing and not like replacements. Every last detail was custom finished perfectly. We couldn't be happier with their work.

I have had KD Rosengrant replace my roof and finish off part of my basement to make it a living space and they have done fantastic work at a very good price. They were able to replace all the shingles in one day. When they were finished John actually went through my yard with a magnetized stick to pick up any nails so that my dog wouldn't step on them. Both John and Betsy are class acts and do the job right.

KD Rosengrant just updated our basement family room and we are thrilled with the end product! Betsy and her crew were wonderful and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The project was done on time, on budget and everything is top notch. We will be using them again!
