Mattress Warehouse of York - Maple Village

I took my 95 year old Mom shopping for a new mattress today. Dakota met us at the door and was so patient and so kind to my Mom. He explained everything and was NOT pushy! He really knew his stuff which was so nice. When it came to the actual purchase, we had difficulty getting the credit application approved and he even knew what was happening! It was such a pleasant shopping trip (that I, as the daughter was dreading) but he made it enjoyable!!

My wife and I came into Mattress Warehouse Maple Village and was greeted by Store Manager, Dakota. He really educated us on mattresses and made us feel welcomed from the time we walked into the door until we made our purchase. His co-worker Max was very welcoming as well. If we could give more stars we would. But they are well deserving of five stars.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had at any furniture or mattress store!! Dakota was the most professional and knowledgeable associate I have ever met. He was polite, very helpful in every way. If you ever need to buy a mattress, come to mattress warehouse and ask for Dakota.

Dakota and Max were great! Weren’t pushy or trying to upsell me. Dakota helped me narrow down my options and had the knowledge to answer all of my questions. I was there for quite a while deciding and they let me take my time without hovering over me, until I needed help, and were very attentive. I left with an amazing bed with all the accessories and had a great experience! The install was super fast as well and worked with my schedule. I highly recommended to anyone, especially if you don’t know exactly what you are looking for.

Maxx and Dakota were very professional. They listen to our needs. Made suggestions and not necessarily an expense suggestion. Even after we basically decided on a mattress, they suggested a less expensive mattress to see if that fit our needs better. Answer all questions thoroughly. Would refer family and friends to this store.

Got a bed recently from mattress warehouse. It was a purple. Thought I liked it but when I got home. I didn't. I contacted Dakota and he was a great help in doing an exchange for a temperydic bed and it's been great. My baby can actually sleep on her back on the bed. She doesn't sleep anywhere else in her back. I'm getting great sleep. Thanks Dakota

I highly recommend this Mattress Warehouse for their excellent customer service and their interest in making sure you choose the right mattress for your needs.The manager, Robin, helped us with our comfort exchange even though we did not purchase our mattress here. After getting conflicting
information from another location,Robin was able to sort out all of our previous misinformation,there by making the exchange quicker and less stressful. Robin,who I wholeheartedly recommend,is an asset to this store and Mattress Warehouse. She is very professional and friendly and thoroughly knows her products.This location is a large store with a larger selection of mattresses. Very clean store.
Right along Rt 30 with lots of parking. The only complaint I had was with the delivery people used by Mattress Warehouse in each instance.

I just bought a new mattress from this store and Maxx was so helpful. He took a lot of time with me, explaining lots of details and letting me try out different mattresses and pillows. I will definitely buy from this store again!

My fiance & I recently went here to basically just "look around". Dakota was fantastic with his knowledge of exactly what we needed without being pushy. He made our experience extremely pleasant & we ordered our new bed within about a hour of being there. It was time to upgrade the sleep department. My husband and I thought mattress shopping would be a snore - lay on some mattresses, look around and head home to sleep on it.
