So happy to have accidentally found this gem! One of the loveliest and best-stocked locally owned bookstores ever. Diane is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and contagiously enthusiastic about her books. Her staff is very welcoming and friendly too.

I loved my visit to this store. I was like a kid in a candy store. So much inventory it was hard to make a decision. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will be back to visit soon.

Nice selection and their children's book section rivals that of Barnes & Noble! They also had a huge variety of other books, including mythology and Irish folklore which are an interest of mine.

Though it's layout is very organized and its easy to find what you're looking for (thanks to a polite and attentive staff) its close quarter's and can feel a little claustrophobic. This also means it fills up fast and can feel very busy with only a dozen people browsing. I suppose that's the cost of fitting A LOT of books into a small area, small even though it takes up three storefronts.

It's a bit of a rub to find good parking and you might be idling a bit waiting for a spot to free up on buddy days. It is still worth it to shop local and get books from a little store that is as quaint and picturesque as this one!

Diane's Books was a life saver for Covid holiday shopping! I am trying to support local businesses (in this case local for my gift recipients!) so I emailed Diane's with a list of books I wanted to order for my nieces and nephews. I needed recommendations for some of the older ones and Diane immediately had some great suggestions. They ordered what they didn't have in stock and let me know when everything was ready. I was able to pay over the phone and arrange for the items to be gift wrapped and for curbside delivery.

Maybe it wasn't quite as easy as an Amazon order, but I got much better service and I still didn't have to leave my house!

Met Diane a couple of weeks ago, she was so kind to my son who left with an armful of books and a huge smile on his face. As a writer and lover of books, this is one of the best boutique book stores.

Big fan of this adorable local gem! LOVE the tags they put on books to showcase them and give customers an idea of what they are about and how good they are. Very helpful and something you don't get at Barnes & Noble or the myriad of reviews on Amazon or GoodReads. It's a bit cramped, but in an endearing way. Highly recommend it!

This bookstore is so amazing. Not like B& N where the employees don’t even read!! At Diane’s the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They provided me with great book club recommendations. They have every genre. I could sit there all day long!!!

Diane was very helpful and recommended my favorite book just based on my browsing. Other customers were also very friendly. Definitely a must stop if you are in Greenwich Ct.
