Hello I was a soldier bouncing from county to country and state to state so I tried so many different insurance companies since the early 1980's now I'm a senior citizen and i know what makes a insurance company great, of course I could document negative experiences with different companies but I want speak I'll of companies cause I'm so happy with State Farm . I recently had an accident and totalled the car and was given a rental and a check for a new car,I didn't miss work the next day and I was in my newer car days later all documented facts there's no surprises they keep me
informed. Everything is covered home auto we want them to know that we recognize and appreciate all that they do because I did not receive that from other insurance companies.

I switched to Julie around 2 years ago. Best choice i made. Her and her whole crew are awesome! They go above and beyond for you to help get you to where you need to be. They are always so friendly on the phone and in person. They look out for you. My car was broken into and they were very sympathetic to me and helped me get to the person i needed for claims. I am so glad i switched to them!!!!

I just changed my agent to Julie Hemler. Outstanding customer service. Home run! Everyone is so nice and caring. The receptionist (Rachel) is one of the best. Kelly Futon was wonderful to deal with. I needed both a policy for my law firm and a personal policy. Kelly was very responsive and got everything done so quickly. She also was able to think creatively to make suggestions for resolving some unique issues I had regarding one of my policies. Thanks Kelly!

My go-to insurance group for my rental units. I even switched my auto insurance to State Farm. They beat Geico’s prices on almost everything. I was really impressed by that. I think you should always shop around, but I do strongly recommend working with Julie Hemler State Farm. The prices and service are very good. The agents there are terrific. They are helpful, friendly, reliable. I truly have only good things to say.

We don't elaborate as much on positive exceptional companies with outstanding customer service as this Julie Helmer State Farm Office in York Pa. It doesn't matter what time a day you call it's always a friendly helpful voice on the other end. They're very knowledgeable and detailed concerning all your insurance needs. Alicia was fantastic with helping me transition from Maryland to York Pa. I have been Insured with this office about 3 years or more and continue to get the same service and attention. Good Morning! My old insurance company raised my rate over $600 from the previous year for my daughter and me because the state granted them a rate increase, so it was time to shop around. State Farm quoted me for the exact same coverage and saved me over $1500. The girl I was dealing with, Kelly was patient, knowledgeable and quite personable. She made me feel as if we had been friends forever, never pressuring me or pushing coverage I didn't want or feel I needed. So by the end of my phone call, I switched my homeowner policy to State Farm as well. I highly recommend and encourage you to give these folks a call, if not for anything else but to see if they can do as well for you as they did for me.
