Wendy's

Not bad, lady at the drive-thru was a little slow at getting my order at the drive-thru.. but besides that everything it was good food tasted pretty good.

• One time they didn't have any toys available. If I would have known that I would have changed my order. Had to tell them before that the soda station was dirty. I mean it was super nasty I don't see how anybody cause use either one. Plus the counter had trash and soda spilled on it.

I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she is a teenage manager and took care of me and my friend today. It was hectic but she kept calm and made sure we knew she had all the time for us while handling a few drive thru/door dash hiccups. Her reasoning behind accepting her new position is compassion and she is determined to change the store around after reading reviews on here. I admire that. Thank you so much and good luck.

New manager, new post. This morning I gave wendys another chance. Ordered my meal and pulled up to pay. Then realized I left my wallet and everything at my house. The new store manager understood and comped my meal. I told her I would pay next visit, but she insisted it was ok and things happen. Thankful for good people in the world still.

Drive thru line always backs up but they're pretty good at catching up with it. Can't complain about the food it's always good. The strawberry lemonade is my favorite thing there.

You know... Wendy's. Dave Thomas' fascination with making burgers right? Where's the Beef? Yeah, that place. Well, I gotta say, this was one of the FRESHEST burgers I've eaten in a while! I'd been craving that juiciness and perfect amount of cooking for a while, and other Wendy's have left me feeling a bit short. But I gotta say, I took a chance here and I was not let down! Friendly staff, great custom Dave's Double. Great stuff! Awesome on a day that was pretty much the worst.

It was very good food but waiting 20 minutes in line because of a lady that ordered 5 bags of stuff was unacceptable. Next time they should call in ahead of time.

Had a nice experience. Our cashier was a tall big guy and he was just over the top friendly. Food was good. Fries could have been fresher, crisper, and hotter. The cashier brought out coupons for free frostys for the kids. He was nice. Its always clean, and a pretty fast Wendys. The soda machine tastes funny

Since recently remodeled and a change in management the service has been fast, orders correct and the food has been great. I stopped going there for awhile due to poor service and food quality. Now you can stop in and grab a quick bite and not be disappointed.

I mean realistically there isn't to much to say about fast food anymore. They all are currently serving the same quality of food... This wendies is very clean, and the staff is somewhat friendly. Which seems to be the case with many places these days. I would continue to eat here whenever I find myself in the area shopping. Excellent place for a quick re-fuel during a shopping spree. I would say their location as well is a well chosen area

Great customer service keeps us coming back!! Almost always a great experience for us at the East York Wendy's. My favorite thing is their Apple Pecan Salad. I always ask for chicken on the side and the customer service is wonderful - they are always happy to oblige at the drive-thru. My family loves their frostys, fries, and sandwiches too. It's the little things that make the difference 👌

In my opinion, you can't go wrong at Wendy's. Fantastic fast food. Comparable prices but the service is really slow, but I don't mind waiting for Wendy's. YUM YUM

Went through the drive thru on my visit. Staff took orders very quickly, and I could hear them clearly as they spoke. My order was completely correct. Even with a long line, I maybe spent 3 minutes waiting.

My husband, daughter, and I each got a large Frosty and took them home to enjoy them. We really enjoyed our Frosties and savored each delicious bite of chocolatey goodness. It's a favourite dessert of ours that never gets old. It's a keeper!😁💖💖💖

No complaints...exactly what one would expect from a fast food restaurant.

We were excited to try the new breakfast items. And we were not disappointed. The swiss croissant, bacon biscuits and the baconator have been consistent in quality. it is all fresh and not greasy. Your tummy will thank you. dont forget the chicken maple bacon biscuit. Challenges chikfila.
