Nice nurses, offered sodas or water, very good job changing dressing on PICC line and taking blood culture

The receptionist here is the worst. She doesn’t let you finish your sentence and just transfers you over. You can tell she’s working from home and is doing something before you pick up the phone. Very unprofessional and can’t wait for my balance to be paid off so I don’t have to deal with this company anymore.
