My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Crosstrek at Apple Subaru. Although we have only had it for a very short time, so far we are loving it! The whole experience was made quite easy...and our salesperson, Duane Casseday, was just great to work with! He met us with a smile (that stayed) and answered all our questions to our satisfaction....explaining everything we should know. And there was never any pressure from Duane or anyone involved in the process. Honestly, we had not even considered a Subaru while researching other vehicles to purchase. But we saw a Crosstrek & decided to take a look at Apple....and that was it! If you're thinking of buying...or even not...visit Duane at Apple Subaru....he'll take great care of you!

Tyler was such a pleasure to work with, we were able to get all the paperwork done in advance. Tyler did a wonderful job showing me around my beautiful new car and getting it all setup with my preferences and phone and such. Great car buying experience! Firstly I was afraid I'd be declined without a down payment and just my old car down and the poor credit I was working with. These guys got me into a near-new car at an affordable price.
I got a 2019 CrossTrek and I'm not sure I've ever been happier with a purchase. I don't feel ripped off. Apple is very clear and straight forward. I'd recommend everyone to them if I could l.

I came from out of state to buy a used car here. I thoroughly researched prices and packages and feel I got a fair price. I had some issues that randomly came up in the 30 days after purchase. Brian Noll worked with me to get them looked at and resolved. I appreciated his and the team's flexibility and help. We had an awesome experience at the Apple Subaru dealer In York. We moved from NJ on 7/1. We needed a new SUV and after reading the great reviews from Apple we decided to purchase our car here.
We were greeted by Nate, outstanding service we got from him. He is professional very personable & friendly. We were not pushed into buying the vehicle on that day. He got us a wonderful deal. They did not have the car in the lot due to shortage of cars. We received our car in August. Nate kept us updated in process and status of our car order. It was truly a great experience. The staff are all very friendly too. Shanon Fuller in the financial dept made the financial experience super easy. We got all the packages we wanted in the vehicle. We are happy customers.

I love everything about Yorks Apple Subaru , very clean with a friendly atmosphere , service is fantastic they tell you what’s exactly wrong with your car before going ahead and fixing it , the finance department , sales and leasing consultant are also great ( Nate Jacobs )

The Subaru WRX 2023 is a quick, sharp looking (and turning) canyon loving car. Other than personal, and minor, interior design dislikes, the car is great! I’ve found that the 0-60 is a little faster than posted. For me I had an average of 5.2-5.6 seconds. Other than that it’s what it looks like. (Still sad the STI is gone)

Tyler was absolutely AMAZING to work with! He got me into a good car and a good price I needed to stay in. He made my experience wonderful with having my son there as well. I couldn’t have asked for better assistance in this experience. He stayed in touch with me during the entire time and communicated well. I love my new car so much!

I’d been saving for a while to purchase my dream car of the moment and I was able to go through the process at Apple Subaru without any hassle. I’m grateful to Sean and Sharon for negotiating with financing companies to get me a better interest rate, so I was able to get the protection plan I wanted and still be within in my budget for my car payment . I was not pressured into anything and was given the pros and the cons of their protection products. I highly recommend going to Apple Subaru if you’re looking for an “A class experience”. When I need another Subaru down the road, I know where I’m headed!

My wife and I were looking to buy a Subaru, and we worked with Sean Fitzpatrick on selecting a vehicle. Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy, and he helped us compare and contrast a couple different vehicles. He also let us test drive a Cross Trek (which we ended up buying). He then worked us through the process of purchasing in a clear and concise manner, and was in good communication with us in the days leading up to us driving the vehicle off the lot. Definitely recommend Apple Subaru, and Sean if you get him as a salesman!

Apple Subaru did an amazing job repairing my car. I stopped by unexpectedly because my car started making noise while I was driving in the area and they took it back immediately and I was out the door within a hour! zFast, great service ! Friendly too.
