Nice little mom and pop restaurant. Nothing fancy but good reasonably priced food. The crab and cheddar omelette was really good! Updated 4/23 I got cheeseburger sub and the meat was plenty! My friend got the French onion soup, coconut shrimp, beets and mac n cheese and really enjoyed it!

Mom and Pop diner. Diner for the locals. Good prices. The ribeye breakfast was delicious. The waitress that has waited on us the past couple times, she was on it. Asked what we wanted to drink almost immediately. The wait for the food that was ordered was also timely. I order medium over hard eggs, and the cook has always made it perfectly.

They had a power outage while we were there. And they were still offering to take care of us the best they could. Friendly service the power came back on and they changed our orders back to the original. The food was great, service was great I recommend it

When I lived up there I'd have breakfast. The food was very good.

Been coming here since I was a child. Food is always good. Its a small diner. Just good home cooked food. Nothing snazzy. Thats what I wanted. Perfect!

Wish I lived in the area so that I could come often. The food was affordable and tasted great. Our server was also very nice and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend stopping by here to grab a bite.

Place is awesome. Mom and pop place. Nice people, good food, won't break the bank either. I moved here 12 years ago and I am now a regular customer. Mark, Lucille and all the staff are great. My family is getting ready to get breakfast now. 😀 good country cooking.

On the day we visited the restaurant seemed a bit short staffed, but the staff that was there was very attentive and kept up. When our food arrived the eggs, pancakes, toast, sausage was cooked perfectly. The food arrangement looked like a commercial photograph of breakfast would look like. The food was presented with care. I will go back every time pass through Shrewsbury for breakfast.

The place doesn’t do any justice from the outside. It’s a little cute and quaint family style diner inside, with amazing and super friendly staff, and amazing food!

Quiet little place but they had all you can eat broasted chicken tonight and it was fantastic! $11.99 and it comes with coleslaw and a roll.

I’ve been there a few times but it’s an awesome place to go for breakfast. You can get all the food you want for 2 people and end up only paying $20. Food is way worth the money and everyone there is friendly. It’s never busy when I go in so we always get fast service. It’s definitely the place to go if your hungry

Very family friendly and delicious fresh food. Didn't notice it as a restataunt at first but decided to give it a try one morning. No regrets! The scrapple, eggs, and toast with coffee are worth getting out of bed for. Friendly staff and fair prices. Would recommend to anyone for that genuine small town diner feel.

Simple place, simple food wonderfully prepared and served with care and friendliness. Might have the best onion rings I've ever tasted (sorry, Woodman's!) The meatloaf and gravy were the perfect comfort food.

We've been to this restaurant several times. Our meals have always been great and modestly priced. My only advice I could offer is for the owner to fix up the exterior a little. It needs a new sign and some fresh paint. Out-of-staters coming off of the interstate have a first impression that it looks old and decrepit...not realizing they have great deals and food!

First time here even though I've lived in the area forever. First impression was that it is super tiny inside which is awesome. I didn't know what I was missing .Best damn chicken I've had ever. I'll definitely be back. Service was also top notch.

So the outside needs some help but gets better inside. Good food at great price is why I did 5 stars. Not a fancy atmosphere but the price and food make up for it.

Took my daughter here. She was hesitant walking in. Once inside... friendly warm environment. Friendly server and fast service. Food was excellent. Daughter wants to go back for lunch lol
