Love the manager her and her husband are so sweet,thoughtful,hard workers! They run a very awesome hotel only so many rooms which i love. It’s very quiet! There very respectful etc. it’s like a fresh beginning for me a home from home that I can feel safe and comfortable at! A place for me to beable to move up in life like a new beginning so to speak… oh and there’s NO BUGS!!! Which is my #1 thing brandi loves a clean place im not picking as long as it’s clean n DOESNT HAVE ANY BUGS!!!! And so far I haven’t seen one single bug and I’ve been here for months now! Yal at Dutch village get an A+ in my book!!! Thanks for everything I appreciate yal

Every day I drive bye an I just want to stop and give each family staying there money. Like pay it forward. One day I might just do that! I hope everyone who has to live there has all their troubles and worries washed away! It's nice that whoever owns that lets people live there. I wished our government did more like that with abandoned buildings.

New managers and what a difference!
A lot of improvements to the property and it almost feels like home when I visit. (6/22)

Update : there have been several updates to the property and the aesthetic appearance has improved. If stating facts is a negative review, I apologize but facts are facts. (1/20)

It's a place to lay your head when you're tired. Several vehicles on property that are broke down, damaged or being used as storage vehicles, in turn leaving few spaces for renters and/or visitors to park.

It's a very quiet wonderful place tucked away out of York town. Very friendly people good place to stay

Rural Hotel. Quiet location. Polite manager. Very good rate. But usually have no vacancy. No Wi-Fi but good cell phone signal. I would stay again if in this area.
