The store had a problem get orders completed but they turn everything around and doing excellent job filling prescriptions on time and not making you wait for days. Great team working now together.

The pharmacy is the best. My prescription was very expensive even with insurance and they told me to go on line and print out coupons and they would see what the cheapest price they could come up with. They took 20 mins before they helped me get a better price . They were the best and very helpful.

Recently moved to area and have always used a CVS decided this location was more convenient than the other… however they BOTH suck. Get texts that scripts are ready then I show up and they aren’t. Get told its the auto system. So this most recent refill ai called before showing up and was confirmed that scripts are ready but when i arrive they arent. Then they dont listen when i tell them i dont need auto refills on some meds and they keep filling it anyway.
Always a horrible wait(which fine i get it.. staffing is hard everywhere right now) however the fact that the staff i do interact with isnt the friendliest then theres a problem.

The worst. Been in line for 1.5 hours (still here). Got the run around for 10 days before this trying to get a prescription I needed yesterday. No pharmacist, manager is ineffective (and was
filling scripts w/o certification), many meds of customers in line unavailable or unfilled.
CVS, close this location until you’re able to staff it - it’s unfair to your customers.

Again this pharmacy has gone down hill. Only one person to work the register. This place has continued to get worse each time I’ve been in. Rude employees and no care for the customer. This was way better when it was Target pharmacy. Since merging with CVS the service has been horrible. Will be moving our scripts out of here asap.

This pharmacy has really gone down hill for the last year and a half, I put my scripts in and wait and wait and wait until I finally call and they tell me oh I can have the ready for you in an hour. why do I have to call to get them to fill my prescriptions? I complain to them about it and they give me the same story of we are understaffed and way behind, well how is it you can fill my prescription in an hour now verses a week and a half ago when I put the order in? I strongly agree with other reviewers here that they should shut this pharmacy down until they fix the problem, it is totally unfair to the costumers who are waiting for their medicine. My wife also has had this problem today but her prescription order was put in over 2 weeks ago and it showed online that the script was filled but when she went in to get it the lady told her that it was in fact not filled and not ready for her to pickup but she could have it ready for her in 1 hour. she told my wife that there were only 2 people working to fill the prescriptions and waiting on costumers at the same time she also got nasty with my wife telling her that she can deny to fill her prescription at all and my wife asked her to do is please fill her prescription instead of saying the same excuse over and over again. CVS this is very unprofessional please fix this problem as it's been going on for over a year and it's really getting ridiculous.

I would choose another pharmacy. You’re treated like an inconvenience. They don’t answer phones. Lines are 30-60 minutes or longer and you may have to wait and return again to same 30-60 min line just to pick up. Lack of staff and medication

I have an RX on auto fill. Every time I go to pick it up, they don’t fill it until I’m there. This time I received an automated text two weeks prior to needing it stating they were filling it. I called yesterday to check the status and it was still in process so I selected the option to alert the pharmacist I was on my way. I never made it and went this morning to pick it up. It wasn’t ready and was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes. I couldn’t wait but said I’d be back at 3 to pick it up. I got there at 3:30 and was told it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes. All the associate could tell me was they’re short handed, which I understand, but you had 4 hours to fill something that is supposed to auto fill. Not sure why the pharmacy waits until the customer is actually there to fill it and take away the convenience of a service they offer, making people wait to get their pills. This isn’t a one time occurrence. This is every time I get an RX filled.

Time to close this pharmacy down. It's an actual joke. They don't have what you need and they don't order it. They don't fill your meds till you go in for them, and then only fill them IF they have them. Also they told a customer they have been having phone issues. I litterally stood there and listened to it ring over and over. Volume is way down.
Staff is overwhelmed and nasty to customers.
Pulling all my prescriptions immediately and going elsewhere.

My Prescriptions were always in processing, I had to physically go to the store to fill them even though I have them on automatic refill. I ran out completely and when I went to get my medicine the CVS was closed due to staffing issues. I was completely out of medication for two days and when I called another CVS to see if they could fill it, she said she couldn't because it was in process.

This pharmacy needs reported to the state and to your insurance provider. What it is doing, is actually illegal. Not only are the meds never ordered, but the system says that they were filled, and then you can not get the medication at another pharmacy, because it says that it was already filled and can't be refilled. To make matters worse, you can't speak to anyone, as no one will answer the phone for weeks, and you are indefinitely placed on hold. If you go to the store, the line is 10-15 people deep just to inquire about the status of your meds. This is beyond illegal. I should also note that I am a medical provider, and I even tried to call the provider extension, which they also refuse to answer. If I did anything like this to my patients, I would loose my license to practice. I am contacting my health insurance to notify them about this, as well as the state board, as people will be, or already have been, hurt by these actions. Avoid CVS at all costs. They are actually dangerous.
