Outstanding!

Pho Ngoc exceeded my expectations. Food service interior all were super!
Tried vermicelli which was amazing as well as the Vietnamese coffee which was some of the best. Shrimp and pork were both flavorful and presentation of the dish was beautiful.

Service was courteous and efficient.

Will be back!!

The pho was very good service was ok but the waiters were very nice and the food came pretty quick. The atmosphere was nice and the bathrooms were clean. The food was cheaper than alot of the surounding areas pho spots. We will be back again. If you want a bowl of hot pho to feel better about life or recover from some ailment then I say DO ITTT!!!!

The food is really good. Pho has fantastic flavor and lots of meat. The staff was very nice and attentive. I think this may be the strongest broth flavor I've gotten in York. Their lemonade is also really good. Just the right sweetness for me. A decent amount of seating is available as well.

Always a friendly atmosphere. And they are very accommodating to specific wants and dietary needs. Would recommend to atleast give it a try.

amazing food and great customer service. my favorite place to get pho and the beef fried rice. Highly recommend the shrimp spring rolls as well. Definitely give this place a try! also it’s BYOB

The ambiance and vibe of this place is beyond words . The staff was pleasant cheerful and attentive. The food was exquisite and very flavorful I try something new everytime I go. I love the fact that they have plants everywhere they truly bring honor to there culture with amazing sculpture and art decorations. Great date Night spot or great place for friends and family to link up.

My fav meal is the Com Ching bao or the Com Bo Luc Lac!

Pho is also very reasonably priced and delicious.

Best service I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant! Not only was the food delicious with huge portions. But they boxed our food up for us right at our table to make sure we got every bit of food left to take home. Best pho experience!

This is our favorite Pho restaurant between my boyfriend and I and we have tried many! We used to come here once a week, but sadly our work schedules changed vastly. We would probably eat here every day if we could. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food is very filling and delicious. It's pho-nomenal!

Pho Ngoc is U Do It approved! One word: ThePlaceIsAmazing! So good. The staff was very nice. Very clean place and tables were clean. Most importantly the spring rolls with peanut sauce made the trip out here so worth it. Our meals were great as well. I got grilled pork over vermicelli.

Friendly staff. It was empty when I got there around 5ish. it was filling up by the time I left. The food arrived hot and looked and smelled delicious. The portions were pretty generous. The steak pho was in a very large bowl. The broth was tasty and full of noodles and big slices of steak. It came with all the good stuff on the side; lime, bean sprouts, pepper slices, etc. I also had a pork chop and rice. It came with some add ons too... I think one was the cold sliced skin I've had before. I forget what it's called but it's always a strange texture, for sure. I topped off with a strong coffee with condensed milk. The portions of both dishes were big enough I could make another 2 meals out of them. I'm sharing the leftovers at home.
The bathroom was clean as was the restaurant in general.
The prices were what you would expect and the quality and portions make it worth it to me.
Vietnamese is one of my favorites and I go to a lot of pho shops here and there. I will definitely eat here again.

I had seafood pho and taro boba. It was my first time tasting pho and I was presently surprised. The veggies were crisp, broth very flavorful and the seafood 😋. That taro boba was so refreshing. Will definitely be returning. Next time I’ll dine in 💜

Absolutely love this place. A true York gem. The pho and beef stew with rice noodles are soooo good! They have some of the nicest staff and I can’t wait to eat there again.

Impeccable service, good prices, delicious food. The shrimp rolls are crispy, boba is refreshing and the pho was the perfect ending to a dreary rainy day.

My husband and I tried this new restaurant yesterday for lunch. It's very clean and modern. We started with egg rolls very crisp and meaty. I had the steak and brisket pho. My husband had the shrimp pho. Very fresh and tasty. We liked that the condiments on the table. Hot stuff can be added to your pho. His fav is the garlic chili sauce. It made his pho perfect. Not to hot but spicy enough. We'll visit again for sure.

Outstanding table service. rich broth that hits all five! we are craving it already! My only complaint: I ordered the SMALL veggie pho and was given and charged for the LARGE.

Not just great food, but amazing service and wonderful hospitality. It’s very rare you get a Vietnamese restaurant that does a two bite check. I believe it was the chef himself who came out to check on us. They obviously take great pride in their food. Very clean, no dirty mop water smells or anything.
