My Uncle's wife died on 12/14/23 but her service wasn't going to be until 1/6/24. I am disabled and was unable to attend the service as I live out of state. I decided on a Peace Lily plant so that my Uncle would have something before Christmas but could bring it to the service. Meesha assisted me over the phone. I can be quite a handful and she was so patient with me. She suggested one in a ceramic container with an angel holding a dove. It was perfect! My Uncle loved it and said it looked just as beautiful at the service as the day he got it.

Stopped to get wife " just because " flowers. And I found two really cool hydroponic plants. Customer service was great.

I've been buying here for years, always a great experience. Recently, a Vday delivery had a broken vase. Within two days, a new arrangement was delivered with a surprise gift. This is why I support local business, it was wonderful, they went above & beyond!

Chris at Royer's Flowers and Gifts on Rt 30, went above an beyond to create this beautiful arrangement for our mother today. She was so kind and put thought into this, from the vase to every placement of each flower. She really put her love and passion into this arrangement. I thank you from the bottom of our hearts❤

I called in less than 10 minutes before closing and they stated as long as I was in by 4 it was fine. I actually arrived a couple of minutes after 4 and Sarah was waiting with the door unlocked. She had also taken the time to get three choices ready for me so all I had to do was pick out which one I liked best. This was by far phenomenal friendly service 😊😊

I love Royer's. They are reasonably priced and very helpful. I have been buying the prearranged flowers without the vases. I have bought enough flowers from there that I have an abundance of vases. I buy the prearranged flowers and the staff is always willing to open them up and add any additional flowers that I want to add. This is by far my favorite flower place that I have ever been to. Thank you Royer's for being awesome

I remembered my sister’s birthday at the last minute so I decided to order her birthday roses the night before her birthday. Royer’s website made it easy to arrange delivery the following day and the price was fair considering the current economy. She said they were beautiful and I agree the bouquet looked better than the website picture. Royer’s you will be my go-to flower shop in the York area 💜

I love this place they are friendly and fast and do a great job . I called 10 min before they opened just to check there hrs and they answered . I ordered flowers for my wife in the Hospital and was able to pick then up in 30min GREAT JOB !! SHE LOVED THEM

We just put in a last minute order for Mother’s Day and they were so accommodating even under the stress of last minute calls and the Covid-19 restrictions. The flower arrangements we got were beautiful - thank you!!

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for Valentine’s Day. With it being a busy day for florists, the roses were inadvertently delivered to the wrong house in our development. Unfortunately, by the time our neighbors noticed and brought them back, some had started to wilt as they were left in between a glass storm door and the entry door on an unusually warm day. I called Royers and told them what happened, and they were very apologetic and told me they would be replaced and delivered by day’s end. Not only did they replace them, they went above and beyond with extra. Mistakes happen, we’re all human and fallible. How you correct the mistake is what matters. Royers went above and beyond to correct their mistake (it turns out they have to use contract drivers during these busier days, so I can’t even really fault them as it wasn’t one of THEIR drivers who delivered the initial roses) and it was more than I expected or would have even asked for. I’ve been a customer for awhile, and this is why I’ll always go back. When you combine a great product, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service, why would you even consider going elsewhere? Can’t say enough good things about them.

Ordered a special request unique casket spray for my brother. Outdoor woodsy themed. It was so pretty and well put together! The florists listened to our vision and created a beautiful piece.

I wanted celebration of life vase. It was amazing. Perfect. Fresh. Respectful yet colorful. I can't compliment it enough. Should be an option on the website. 10 stars!!
