Tyrell Clark was THE MOST EXCELLENT SALESPERSON I EVER HAD!!!!! He took so much time answering detailed questions so I knew every fee. I was very screwed over buying a new cellphone in the past. I was so nervous to switch companies. He took so much extra time with me and was honest! The most important thing! He should be promoted to manager! He was calm, caring, positive. Traits lost in today’s salespeople! Promote him already!!!!!!

Tyrell was absolutely amazing!! He made getting a new cell easy and he explained everything to me with patience and so very helpful!! He needs a raise…such an asset to your cellular sales!!

I’m a few weeks out from the timeframe that I worked closely with Andy Fisher but he was so impressive that I couldn’t forget to leave a review!
It’s a long story (everyone has one) about all the issues we had with our previous service. I went to this location in desperation and there got in contact with Andy. Andy came to our small businesses’ rescue, thankfully! Not only did he listen, troubleshoot, and fix the problems we were experiencing but he did it with a genuine smile on his face. We had a few minor technical hiccups along the way and Andy immediately made it his priority to fix it, which he always seamlessly did!
I can not say enough about Andy as a representative of his company. His makes Verizon Cellular Sales stand out in an exceptional way.

Tyrell was outstanding! He was so patient, kind, knowledgeable. He explained all my options throughly. Tyrell even stay past closing to finish the transfer of data to our new phones. Great customer service!!!

06/21/2023 I visited this location and had the pleasure of working with Tyrell Clark, with getting my phone upgraded while still keeping my contract cost efficient. Tyrell was so professional, kind, and courteous with all concerns I had and was able to answer all of my questions. This process was quick and efficient and he does an amazing job listening to his customers. Thank you so much again!

I've been coming to this store for a while now, and most recently worked with Autumn. She was great, and we will definitely keep her in mind for all our family needs. She even called up to check on the phone a week later and remembered a small detail I mentioned about my car being serviced. This place is definitely better than any car dealership in the area, and you will do great business with great people.

Big thanks to Grant Dudney and his trainee Kevin, they were super helpful through a long process and should definitely be considered when at this location! Grant had a hell of a time transferring my number and assisting me with the purchase of 3 devices. with his guidance I got my new phone for almost NOTHING and walked out with a brand new iPad Air for under $300.
I know I'm INCREDIBLY special but Grant worked harder than fireworks on the Fourth of July to get me what I wanted. From my initial phone call to walking out the door, he worked in a friendly and professional manor. Verizon certainly owes him for my business.

I entered the Verizon store on white st, York, pa, I had immediate help from Autumn, She rocks!!! Her personality is great, and she listened to what I wanted,very helpful, gave me info that i needed, and she is very knowledgeable, she gave me every deal she could, I love my new phone s23 ultra,. Also she had a trainer with her he was awesome also. I will return if I need anything as far as questions about my phone or phone plan also I'm picking up my Samsung tablet when it's back in stock. Disma did absolute great job. He was def one of the best sales reps I’ve worked with. He was very attentive and caring making sure I was taken care of. Normally when going to the phone store, I feel like I’m getting ripped off but no he just wanted to help me and make sure I got the best experience possible. And he sure did give me the best deal on my new phone!

I would like to start off by saying how professional Jonathan was with helping me switch to Verizon. I expressed what I need out of a phone and plan and he was able to give me exactly what I wanted within my budget. The process was very quick and simple switching from AT&T. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the cell service so far. Jon followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was good. I would recommend him 100%...he is very thorough and I can guarantee you will be happy with the service you get.

If you want the best, come to this store, they did absolutely amazing! I worked with Disma and he was super attentive and made sure I was enjoying my experience. He got me a bottle of water and didn’t make me feel rushed. Took his time explaining everything. 10/10 recommend this store!

Courtney Smith has once again helped me with an issue and she just has the BEST customer service, she is very genuine and super helpful she makes the experience and solving the issue so much easier! I highly recommend asking for her and will definitely tell everyone I know about her! She is AWESOME!
