My wife and I used Schaefer’s for our wedding at Hazelwood Weddings in November 2023. Our vision was simplistic on a smaller floral budget. The flowers were beautiful! McKenna was our point of contact and was very helpful and professional. She worked with us to nail down our vision. She communicated with other vendors to make sure our tables would look beautiful. The arch piece which doubled as part of our backdrop for our sweetheart table was breathtaking! McKenna and the team did an excellent job. We can’t recommend them enough! Very beautiful flowers, a birthday and Valentine’s Day I ordered flowers 4 days in advance from Blooms Today. Chas. A. Schaefer Flower did not cancel it or try to deliver them the next day like “blooms today” did with both my orders. the one was 8:30 the night before going to pa and the other was 10:00am on Valentine’s Day when they decided to say they could not fulfill my order and asked for approval for the next day. Ridiculous customer service. Thank you chas a Schaefer for your beautiful flowers that were delivered early the next day. Really appreciate you and will order from you again.

Ben was beyond caring. Called right after placing order to double check the delivery date. Called a few days later to confirm some details. The arrangements for my mother’s funeral were beyond beautiful. Absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted.

Placed order online for funeral flowers, owners texted me day of pick up and said they were closed for the holiday. (Online wasn’t showing it was a day off) Was very apologetic and came in on his day off, made a BEAUTIFUL planter instead of flowers. Appreciated his coming in and for the amazing job he did on the planter! Thank you Ben!!!

I spoke to Heather who was just wonderful. I live in Baltimore, MD but needed to order flowers for my mother's birthday (she lives in York, PA) and realized it had completely slipped my mind the day before so when I called one of the local florists I use in Baltimore they referred this one in York. Heather was very friendly, helpful and my arrangement was ordered, made and delivered within hours and it was a Saturday too. My mother called to thank me and sent a photo of the flowers. Just beautiful! Tk you Heather and Chas A Schaefer florist. You did a wonderful job on all levels. Will definitely use you again if the need arises.

Highly responsive customer service. And beautiful planter. The large ribbon detracted from the living plants and fresh cut flowers, but other than the ribbon, it looked perfect. Would choose Schaefer again.

I called to order a next day bouquet of orange roses over the phone with Heather. She was going to have to order them but said she could get them. When I went to pay for my order, I realized I didn’t have my wallet with me. I told her I would call back to finalize. I realized once got home that my wallet was lost. I was in a panic and didn’t call her back as I had no way to pay at that moment. Once I was able to call back with payment options, the shop was closed. The next morning I received a call from Heather saying that they had the roses I wanted and if I still wanted to buy them, they would have my order ready by the original time. I wanted to share that in these stressful hours of losing my wallet, which Heather didn’t even know at the time she called me, she went above and beyond to help make our day extra special. I would recommend this florist 100%. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I can’t thank you enough!

Ordered flowers for a clients anniversary and they were BEAUTIFUL!! Fresh flowers, vase was just like the picture and delivered on time. Great experience with this shop, will definitely order from them again!

I wanted to send my mom flowers for Mother’s Day. I spent so much time going through all the typical flower delivery sites, 1800flowers, etc. but none of the bouquets stood out to me. Then I found Schaefer’s and took a chance on their “designers choice” bouquet. I had no idea what to expect and the outcome was better than what I imagined! The flowers are absolutely stunning and the vase was such a nice surprise. Can’t recommend them enough!
