Dr Williams was amazing with my young daughter. Ensuring he explained things where she understood and was not fearful. Amanda was very soothing as well, making sure she was comfortable and explaining steps before she completed them. Absolutely amazing experience!!

Today was our first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Environment was very nice, professional and equipped with latest technology. Our new Doctor was fantastic. Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated their thoroughness, explanations and procedures. Highly recommend!

After having the most horrendous experience i had at the concord road location of aspen dental thanks to a very unprofessional staff , and A sketchy unkept exam room. The Concord road location had
dry rotted, vinyl and rips on the dental chair!. That should be your first red flag t I took a chance and reschedule at Aspen. dental at the Kenneth road. Location . and man am I glad. I did what a 100% different experience super professional employees. Very nice clean exam rooms and office. In general . the dentist actually takes the time to review your x-rays and discuss the things you want. And makes clear recommendations he suggests. he takes a lot of time and does not make you feel rushed for this reason. For this reason I would never be upset if my appointment time. Runs a little late the customer service and time that is taking with the patients is well worth the trade off . I will be having extensive dental work done at this location. And and I am super glad that I didn't give up on Aspen dental altogether, I would highly recommend this office and their dentist. If you are considering the concord road location run as fast as you can. 5 stars for Aspen dental on Kenneth road. They will definitely be my new dentist office for all of my dental work.

Doctor took his time explaining all that was wrong and was not rushed. Insurance/billing person was very helpful and friendly. Entire team seemed to enjoy what they were doing and made everyone feel welcome.

The staff was very friendly and patient. The dentist did a fantastic job of explaining the health of my teeth and specific ways to care for them better without making me feel any shame. He also paid close attention to my pain management.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I’ve had extensive surgeries to my mouth due to cancer. All of my bottom teeth and jaw were removed. Dr. Williams was very reassuring in telling me that he could make a partial denture. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I visited the West York , PA office. 🌝🌸

Wow.. I don’t know how anyone could have anything negative to say. They were prompt, considerate, compassionate, and flexible. I called, and had an appointment the next day. I had a consult earlier that day with another dentist that really depressed me. The price and the entire experience made me want to just go home, and skip my Aspen Dental appt. I’m so glad I didn’t. The dentist, and hygienist I met with today were probably the nicest dentist I have ever met, and I’ve met a lot! He was very honest, and is giving me back something that will change my life. My smile. On terms I can handle, and a timeline that’s better than anyone else’s. The coordinator was amazing too! She was extremely helpful in figuring everything out and communicating with me. She was able to get be back in just a few days later. I’m so glad I went to Aspen Dental!

This was my first time at Aspen Dental. I had the most wonderful experience working with Amore' the x-ray technician, she was kind and patient. Then I saw Dr. Williams and Odessey his assistant. They were down to earth and he confirmed what I knew already what was going on with my teeth. Medelina the office manager was very knowledgeable about what and how I could get the work done that I needed to have done. And Amanda was patient and kind even when I accidently bit her finger. Over all, I was very pleased with my experience there today. Thanks everyone, I really appreciated the excellent service I received.

Had a molar that was loose, sore, and needed to be extracted. After reading some of the reviews, I considered checking elsewhere. But I went on Friday and Dr. Williams was excellent! Fast and painless. My 1st painless dental experience in over 15 years. Thanks again, Dr. Williams 👍🦷

I was a little skeptical at first cause of reviews but the wait was quick and Doctor William was great would recommend to anyone in need of urgent dental care!!

West York location. Staff was very friendly and thorough, got my x-rays and examination done very quickly and helped me through financing a payment plan for my upcoming procedures. Also provided a generous discount since I did not have insurance.
