My daughter had a single car accident in her very 1st car, and did some pretty significant damage to it. We called Courtney at AAdvantage right away, and within minutes we had a claim opened! Between the ambulance transport, ER, police there were plenty of moving parts. The adjusters, body shop, rental companies and other parties involved they all had everything needed instantly because of Courtney's prompt response to our need!
Everyone has multiple available insurance groups to choose from, and we are extremely happy with ours! I can assure you that if you are having any issues at all with your current group, give AAdvantage and/or Courtney an opportunity to handle your needs...You will not be disappointed!

Kimberly is such a sweetheart. She has helped me so many times. She’s so easy to talk to and makes you feel like your talking to your own sister or someone close to you. I cannot verbalize the appreciation that I have for you all. Linda Blackburn, our company agent, is secretly Wonder Woman-I just know it. Since I started, she has been MORE than helpful with absolutely anything we have needed. There have been days when I have thrown things at her clear up until it's time for her to leave and she never fails me. The VERY few times that she hasn't been available, all of the other staff has been great making sure that I am still able to have what I need and it is usually within minutes; I have never been told that I need to wait or given even the slightest excuse as to why something cannot be or hasn't been done for us. Linda was wonderful at helping me get renters and car insurance for the first time and adding my husband on a year and a half ago was a breeze! Also, she was quick to help us with getting insurance on my ring and for our wedding day with little hassle. She is always available to answer questions (without making me feel uneducated on something I know little about) and explains things in ways that I understand. I know I can call her up and depend on her for anything insurance related.
