Jake's Place

Stopped in and had the Jake burger which was great. I sampled the daily soup special which was a smoked bacon potato soup. It was one the the best soups I have had. The owner was terrific. The owner seemed to know it was my first time because the place was Full of regulars so I stood out. Great small place off the beaten path.

Stopped in at 6:30am for breakfast. The food is delicious and the owner Jake is a great guy, he sat and talked with me for a little while while he took my order. The atmosphere was welcoming, both people sitting eating and people grabbing a bite to go on the way to work. Would highly recommend this place!

A refreshingly analog take on a local breakfast and lunch spot. Fantastic food, a great crowd, and personal service. The prices are very fair for the quality, and it's very refreshing to see a small business with quality this great.

Stopped in based on the reviews, and this place did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly made us feel at home. The food was fast and fantastic!

Stopped in for lunch and had the best cheeseburger I’ve had for a long long time. Everyone was so friendly, our food came out very quickly, and it wasn’t expensive at all. Can’t wait to come back.

Everything you want in a diner: good food, plenty of seating, pleasant and even awesome staff. Had the chance to eat here twice this week and realized I’d been talking to Jake the whole time — the owner of 27 years. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Jakes for 15 years now, and even though I moved from the town years ago, I make a point of visiting whenever I can. This is the best breakfast I’ve ever had- and the bacon is amazing. The waitresses are extremely friendly and still remember my name and order after all these years- even though I cant come by as often anymore. The owner, Jeff, is always there and is personally helping out and making conversation. Everyone working here works hard- and clearly love their jobs. Definitely make a point of visiting!

The owner Jeff started off as a caterer before buying this diner and the quality of his food is top notch. The interior of diner is basic but very clean. It is crowded at the height of lunch time but that’s because the food is so good. I’d be worried if it wasn’t crowded.

Just picked up some egg sandwiches inside of hashbrowns for my family. The food was great we are new in town he surprised. The hash was top notch! We live within walking distance and now it will be a cute place to walk to For good food and family friendly dining

Great place to stop right off of 95 north. Great food and fabulous service. We were in and out in less than a half hour. Owner personally waited on us. Definitely will stop by again!

Ok, the BE&C sandwich was so good that we decided to go back. We had the 2 egg, home fries & bacon special. It cimea with coffee and a small oj. Bacon was amazingly crunchy and was a very generous amount. Spoke with Jake and he brought out chef Humberto to hear the compliment I gave him. Chef Humberto is a really nice guy and after a short conversation he asked my if I tried the corn beef hash? We ordered a side order of the BEST corn beef hash I've ever had. I can't wait to go back and have more of their delicious menu. Waitresses were also extremely nice and friendly.

I only had a bacon egg and cheese but it was one of the best BE&C I've had in a long, long time.

Place is awesome and in a super convenient location. Owner is the coolest guy ever and the chicken sandwich was straight 🔥🔥🔥
