Palmer's Market

Palmer’s was my go to store for 34 yrs. until I moved to NC. I still go there often but not on a regular basis.
They always have what I need, fresh produce, meats, fish, staples and then some. The deli counter is creative and always yummy. Fast pick up items worth grabbing once in a while. Not to mention pastries, cakes (the BEST), and although not food, fun gift ideas.
Some say a bit pricey but I always felt it was worth it. Kind service if you need it. Must try if you have never been!

Palmer's Market is my go to for everything special event. They have the best seafood and meats, pre made meals and appetizers, fun decorations and delicious deserts. When adding the flowers I can get everything I need in one location. They are also personable, friendly and ready to find you exactly what you are looking for. I highly recommend this family run market any day of the week. I guarantee that you will find something amazing here every time you visit.

I ordered from Palmer for Christmas Eve and Christmas day dinners. The ordering And pick up process was very smooth and easy. The food was delicious. The desserts were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be ordering again!

Better than ever holiday menu. Outstanding! The beef Wellington, mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes, shrimp cocktail, salad with blue cheese and sliced pears, asparagus and the bakery items including the tiramisu, chocolate lovers platter and almond pear tart were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

We get our turkeys from here every year for Thanksgiving. They have a good selection of Bell and Evan’s, Dartagnan, and others. They have a friendly staff, and the whole place feels like a step in the past compared to your big chain supermarkets.

We love Palmers Market for so many reasons! We have catered entire parties with the hors d'oeuvres, and they were amazing (we had to warm some up in the oven - but they were ready to go - our guests ate them ravenously -a testament to their deliciousness. But we have found where Pamler's REALLY excels is with their Charcuterie boards - they have a few varieties to choose from and they are all amazing and so beautiful - bravo Palmers!

Palmers is a great go store for everything from a gallon of milk to ordering a catered lunch for my office. Everything is prepared to order and the service is impeccable. Professional, polite, courteous and all around fantastic

I was driving south in 1-94 and nodding off and u knew I had to stop for another coffee/. It was 0700 on a Saturday and Whole Foods ewfused to met me in to shop so I googled ‘coffee! And found s this PERFECT gem. I was able to shop for perfect groceries af. Flowers and the property very mind

Palmers is amazing. It has the best kitchen in the whole area so their ready made food is 100% delicious. Their staff is very helpful and they have a wonderful inventory plus specialty foods as well. I would strongly recommend it as your "go-to" grocery store.

We are so thrilled that we found Palmer’s Bakery in Darien to make our wedding cake. They were outstanding to work with from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. They were prepared for us when we went in for our tasting and had ideas to share with us. We landed on a Funfetti cake that truly captured the fun we wanted our guests to have at our reception. Their final cake exceeded our expectations, and our guests still talk about it. They not only loved how it looked, but they also LOVED how it tasted. I highly recommend Melissa and Palmer’s. They are awesome!

I am a fantatical Palmer's customer -- everytime there's an opportunity for catering, I get excited, because I know I have a jewel to suggest! From their Truffle Dip (now a requested item at every party I host), to their cookies and everything in between, they're just the best and the most delicious! Would absolutely recommend.

One of the nicest gourmet food stores Darien has to offer. I shop here whenever I need that “something special” or ingredient not easily found anywhere else - and their catering department is wonderful, making my entertaining so much easier! Thank you, Palmers!!!
